Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for WPT of external walls, chajjas and newly plaster surfaces by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after clearing the surfaces thoroughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of EIC, Make : Dr Fixit/Pidilite or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid coloured digital ceramic tiles 300x300/400x400 mm x 6 to 7mm thick,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,including dismantling, complete all as specified.

S & F Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER ‐ WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 25mm x 25mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. M. S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers. Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in the case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees

Preparing surfaces of any description of concrete, brick etc and prepare the base using synthetic enamel paint black colour then writing letter with white colour synthetic enamel paint of superior grade for writing building numbers including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.
