Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and filling & coping shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixed on wall / poles XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable for 16 Sqmm 2 core. with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade including making necessary connections to existing pole/panel/MCCB with legs as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand for cushioning of under ground cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

Supply and laying of sub class B bricks laid flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of U/G cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI tube light grade ISI marked laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed on pole with clamp made out of MS flat 25 x 4mm with bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size for cable protection of size 32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for Street light pole terminal box (IP 66) made of thermoplastic polystyrenejunction box size 155 x 210 x 92mm with integrated elestic membrance for cable entry via cable gland fitted with 1x MCB 16 A SP and suitable pole mounting clamp and two polyamide cable gland with its locknut model No 1555.32.25, one glnd for incoming and one for out going and one gland m 25 gland (1555.25.17) will be used for street light etc complete all as specified and directed Make Hensel.

Supply and fixing LED street light 90watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection and resistance of IK07 and including mounting on 40mm dia GI pipe bend to shape for fixing of street light including connecting 4 sqmm 2 core from street light to junction box complete all as specified and directed.
