S & F and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make and the dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed and all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, copings, benching, roof kerbs, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

Supply and application of 5 layer SHR waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete surface by through surface preparation with high pressure water jet min 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of Nano-tech enhanced elastomeric water proofing (NEEWP) emulsion havig UV resistance and min 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 coats of NEEWP + cement mixtures as water proofing coat having + 450% elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min 2 days and then top coated with 2 coats of SHR coating oure acrylic based, UV resistant, non yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti fungal, anti bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS-17218:2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, mat, surface coverage 3.25 Sqm/Ltr/2 coats, DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray guns as applicable. The product should be tested at NABL approved Lab andf application is to be done by company approved applicator only".

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly Plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick double charged vitrified coloured ceramic tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix room window type air conditioner electric driven (single phase) cooling capacity 4500 K cal per hour (1.5 ton) complete with energy efficient compressor working on Non CFC/HCFC refrigerant, inverter type and variable speed compressor, 5 star rated, copper cooling coil, 2 way swing, dust filter, air purification filter, auto on/off, remote control, turbe mode furnction for faster cooling, auto restart function with 3 fan speed function including fixing arrangement on wall / window and making good to the disturbed surface as per existing and taking down existing old unserviceable AC unit and depositing into AGE E/M store yard carefully complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Dismantling of old unserviceable AC and handing over to E/M store is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The cost of making good to the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of hi wall fan coil unit (FCU) wall mounted air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR (4500 KCAL) with cordless remote control unit, single phase (Non CFC/HCFC) suitable for 230 volts + 10%, 50Hz AC Supply, including cutting, making hole in brick wall and making good all disturbed surfaces by painting, distempering as original including hanging arrangement and all required ducting work, suction and discharge pipe line work duly insulated and connecting with existing outdoor unit including connection with copper cable of size not less than 4 sqmm from indoor to outdoor and power sockets including taking down carefully old unserviceable indoor unit and depositing into AGE E/M Store yard complete all as specified and directed comprising of following :- (a) Fan coil unit (FCU) 1.5 TR capacity copper cooling coil with three speed blower fan including making connection with inlet and outlet duct with suitable gauge GI Sheet including all fittings. (b) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line duly insulated, condensing water drain pipe & protected by the suitable sie of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring/power cable for voltage stabilizer, indoor and outdoor unit with copper cable not less than 4 sqmm in PVC conduit of suitable size. (c) Making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surfaces etc.
