Taking down old unserviceable solar light light fitting of 20-45 W along with battery, panel box etc and refixing after necessary repair including replacement of battery as per exising size/type/specifications, wire, cleaning & removing of dust, repair/replacement of battery lux & cable etc complete all as specified and directed. Cost of battery replaced deemed to be included in the rate of item complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, bus bar chamber or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and S&F new fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheet by bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, welding of MS black sheet for LT panel board, bus bar chamber, feeder pillar box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet including providing hinges for opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement and painting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide and matching with the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in-charge at site. Note : The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rates.

Scrubbing of existing paints of existing LT panel board, LT feeder Pillar boxes, LT bus bar chamber paints of any specification and removing old paints and preparation of surfaces for painting complete and M&L for painting of LT Panels, LT Feeder pillar boxes, LT bus bar chambers internaly and externaly with one coat of superior quality smoke grey paint to achieve fine finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Routine and periodical cleaning the inside area of 11 KV Sub Stations including cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees near all around sub station complex complete including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking electrical connection of cables at LT panel and tighten the connection including fixing new lugs and new nutbolts after dismantling of old lugs and nut bolts. LT cable insulation to be strengthened/repaired using LT tape or sleeves and gap between cable and panel hole to be filled through rubber gasket to avoid ingress of insects. Cost of excavation to loose the cable through loop deemed to be included in the rate of this item complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. Annual maintenance and annual subscription for Real Time Telemetric system Installed ( for DATA Transfer from 1.5 MW Solar Energy Plant to SLDC) at SLD, MPSEB at Jabalpur which is urgently required for smooth functioning of Real Time Telemetric system for transfer of data from 1.5 MW Solar Energy plant at Rampur Chowk to SLDC, MPSED Jabalpur for the period of 12 months and include following works : (i) Monitoring and ensuring Data Continuity from Power Plant to SLDC Transmitting data in IEC 104 format to FEP at LDC (ii) Verifying and conforming the data availablity on a regular basis through Remote monitoring and coordination between site end and LDC end (iii) Provisioning and Manintenace of IEC 104 Gateway at LDC end on annual Rental basis.
