Note: Fittings will be measured and paid separataey.

Material and labour for run lead joint suitable for CI Pipe 100/80 mm including excavation and removing soil complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cast iron D joint with gasket ,nut ,bolts and washers for 150/100/80 mm bore complete all as directed.Note for item Nos.10 to 11 :- Bidder should be ensure that any damages/casualities occurred during removing the lead,cutting of pipe ,joint,bidder is only responsible and no extra cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Dismantling existing valve chambers & Material and labour for construction of valve pit chambers of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm (internal dimensions) as under provided with 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick internal plaster including top of floor, externally upto 150 mm below GL in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 3.00 mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 X 40 X 6 mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick coping with 25 X 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying 2 coats of syntheric enamel paint over acoat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and 3 coats of white wash to internal surfaces of chamber including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out centrifugal pumping set upto7.5 HP, three Phase from foundation ,transporting to workshop opening for inspecting all parts to identify defective parts cleaning and keeping aside serviceable parts in safe custody, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and general servicing/overhauling of pump , electric motor & Re-assembling of motor and pump, transporting back to pump house and connecting with pipes and electric connections and testing for performance complete as directed. (Note : Parts to be replaced measured separately)

Supply only ball bearing of monoblock motor suitable for upto 7.5HP submersible pump set complete all as directed. Make:- Tata/SKF or as approved.

Supply only gun metal impeller of existing size of capacity upto 7.5 HP complete all as directed.

Supply only gland bush of existing size of capacity upto 7.5 HP complete all as directed.

Lifting/taking out defective submersible pump upto 7.5 HP alonwith column pipe of any size and submersible cable , dismantling the pump from motor, setting aside for repair /servicing / overhauling including lowering the pump set into borewell replacemt of packing and nut bolts ( if required) and testing after the completion of repair works in the presence of GE/ Engr in charge .

Taking out submersible pump set of capacity upto 7.5 HP of different places and M & L for Flushing out / desilting of the bore well by using compresser hydro pressure jet for six hours till clear the silt in the casing pipe by achiving clear water, and washing with hydro pressure jet using foam/oils, disinfecting the bore using sodium hypochloride solution and washing out till water is obtained to the required turbidity (clean water) to the entire satisfacton of Engr-In-Charge complete all as directed,including Lowering and re-fixing of submersible pump set of capacity upto 7.5 HP at different places including pump set fitting commissioning and testing after replacement of defective parts with new one alongwith coloumn pipe 50/80 mm bore with cable by suitable arrangment of chain pully system and connection with startor electrically and connection with pipe line mechanically complete all as specified and ditected

Supply and fix in repairs circular dial water pressure guage suitable for sustain the pressure upto 100 IBH fixed on CI/GI water mains including fixing arrangements complete all as directed.

Cleaning and removing of all silt, dirt, mud, etc. from inside the over head tank reservoirs of capacity 10000 gallons and 18 metre staging, inside and out side of wall, mouth of inlet and outlet pipe, removing disposal of the same to a distance not exc. 50 m and applying one coat of white wash on internal surfaces including preparation of old and wet surfaces and sign, writing with white enamelled paint on black back ground, height of letters not less than 7.50 cm on column showing capacity of tank and date of cleaning complete all as directed. Note for item No. 26 & 27 :- (i) Cleaning shall be done by high pressure rotary jet machine and washing with bleaching powder. (ii) OH Tank base debris / slug cleaned by vaccume cleaning (iii) OH Tank clean by high ultra voilet rediation for removing beeteria and virous (iv) The inlet/ outlet/ overflow pipe of OH tank/ sump shall be cleaned properly and care should be taken to prevent entry/accumulation of sludge into pipe line by blocking mouth of pipe. Any blockage of the inlet/ outlet/ overflow pipe line shall be found to be cleared without any extra cost and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (v) Writing the following words with white paint on black painted back ground to match with existing size and pattern :- (a) CLEANED ON:- ------ (b) NEXT DUE DATE OF CLEANING:- ---------

All as per item No. 25 here in before but UG sump of capacity 5000 gallons.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint to outer visible surfaces of sumps capacity of 5000 gallons including preparation of plastered surface complete all as spccified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS spindle of existing size 150 mm (6"dia) duly threaded with nut (Gutka) as per sample including replacement of rubber packing with nut and bolts complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS spindle of existing size 100 mm (4"dia) duly threaded with nut (Gutka) as per sample including replacement of rubber packing with nut and bolts complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS spindle of existing size 80 mm (3"dia) duly threaded with nut (Gutka) as per sample including replacement of rubber packing with nut and bolts complete all as directed.

M&L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, suitable for soiling and morrum filling incl excavation for laying of pipe upto 150 mm dia, all as directed and making good the road / hard standing by using all old materials and with PCC (1:2:4) as required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Chlorine Testing Kit by Orthotolidine method with all accessories (colour matching PPM tubes, water testing tubes, Orthotolidine solution and wooden Box).

Supply only calcium hipochloride chemical based granual disinfection treatment each 45 Kg drum packing all as specified and directed and apporoved by GE.

Testing of Borewells water with following test to be done and certified by authorised government central/state agencies:-TDS,Chloride,Floride,Alkaline,E-COLI(bacteriological test).

Repair and maintainance of Doser of 100 litres with following specifications:-Doser pump 0.9 Amp,250 volts 100psi,Doser motor 0.8 Amp,220 volts,PVC pipe connection inlet to Doser and outlet to Doser,cleaning of Doser tank,all as per required and directed by engg in charg.Note:- Defective items if replaced shall be measured and paid under relavent item.
