M&L for structural steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for Manufacturing of ornamental and decorative type steel gate with structural steel conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 all as specified, revolving on bearing plate including pintal hinges fixed on pillar in PCC blocks of size as required as site , including all locking arrangement, all as per sample approved by the Engineer -in -Charge and dirceted and fixed in position. Note :-1 . The weight of manufactured steel gate shall be measured before fixed in position by BOO . 2. Necessary arrangement for weighting the steel gate shall be made by the contractor at his own expense . The contractor shall quote the unit rate accordingly. 3. Steel gate shall be manufactured as per drawing as approved by the Engineer -in - charge .

M&L for suspended false ceilling comprising of 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bulding boards of size 595mmx595mm, fixed or laid/inserted to powder coated GI frame work with screws over GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to sourrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to centre including hangers 4mmm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long, including dismantling of any type existing ceiling boards of any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement -mortor 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonary fair faces / other than fair faces finished surfaces of brick wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:6 on brick wall / Concrete surfaces of finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall / Concrete surfaces of finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for prepration of new wall surfaces & applying birla / J. K. wall care white putty 2 mm thick for levelling the surfaces including properly making of v shape crakes and filling of all crakes with crakes seal of walls and applying two coat of interior emulsion distemper over a coat of wall primer incl. preparation of surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats exterior weather coat over one coat of exterior primer including preparation of surfaces of new walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cement plaster in two layers on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work ,first layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second layer cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @ 3% by weight of ement, finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: WPC will measured and paid seperately as supply only here-in-after.

M & L for Applying three coats of white wash on new plastered wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course of sub base finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm, with broken stone or boulderes deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured chemically treated rubber moulded interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 grade, laid on stone dust cusion of 40 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for coloured designer tiles exterior grade ( ENDURA OR Equivalent ) 10 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement mortor 1:6 set and jointed in floor and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor etc including dismantling of existing floor tiling and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screeed bed layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling of floor, hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mirror polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick size not less then 550X550 mm over 20 mm thick screed in CM(1:6) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 12-15 mm thick in skirting, over 15mm thick plater in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channes of drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggt ) as in coping , apex stone , bed plate , kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating including necessary form work etc and making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick pre-polished Granite slab, machine cut, for floors/ shelves,cooking platforms window cill, steps, jambs and pillor top laid over and including 15mm thck CM 1:4 cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 but not exc 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, etc. and hositing, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 but not exc 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, etc. and hositing, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20mm bore float valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of steel water tubes 15 mm bore, medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall & ceiling or laid in floor, including taking up and down existing tubes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of steel water tubes 20 mm bore, medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall & ceiling or laid in floor, including taking up and down existing tubes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed rain water pipe in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, including taking up and down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC ( 1: 2: 4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) etc on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,and roof kerbs,or mud stops, rounded or chambered on edges etc finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/Sqm and Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete,tiles , cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 m m height etc .The height of the roof may upto 9 m comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.:- (i) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. (ii) 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over clean leveled roof slab. (iii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kg per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iv) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (v) Laying of water proofing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet (HMHDPE) as center core, which is sandwitched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (vi) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (vii) M&L for applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cmx 22 mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry on roof and cut and polished over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per Sqm over roof surfaces including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
