Supply & Fix in replacement bush of gun metal of same type for ceiling fan/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repair MS hanging clamp with rubber bush, bolts, nuts & washer with split pin suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep from existing position/hook, cleaning, servicing, greasing, oiling and re-fixing on same position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of size 300/380/450 mm sweep from existing position, cleaning, servicing, greasing, oiling and re-fixing on same position complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces of ceiling fan including blade and applying one coat of white/ brown synthetic enamel paint including writing MES number with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces of exhaust fan of size 300/380/450 including blade, frame/ louver and applying one coat of black synthetic enamel paint including writing MES number with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement rubber reel suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe medium grade with all fittings 15mm bore for down rod of ceiling fan fixed on replacement of existing down rod complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Threading of pipes including Nuts & bolts included in the quoted rate.

Supply & Fix in repair, PVC canopy set (Upper & Lower) suitable for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting carefully water and electric connection from storage type water heater of 25/50 Ltr cap of any make and dismantling for repair by taking out the syphon assembly of thermostat, heating element and cleaning, de-scaling the inner tank by de-scaling chemical compound including soldering, brazing the inner tank if required, re-assembling the geyser after cleaning & servicing including replacement of flexible 3 core cable of size 2.5 sqmm with copper conductor up to 1.5 mtr long and re-fixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Heating element, thermostat, air release valve, safety valve, indicating lamp and syphon assembly shall be measured and paid under relevant items as "Supply Only". (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to include cost of soldering/brazing work and glass wool superior quality if required at site.

Supply only heating element of 1.5 KW with circular or triangular base suitable for existing entry of geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating element of 2 KW with circular or triangular base suitable for existing entry of geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostat assembly for geyser, temperature setting up to 85 degree centigrade, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicating lamp suitable for existing slot of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only safety valve for geyser chromium plated brass 15 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable PVC connections for cold water of geyser and supply and fix new PVC heavy duty connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts on both ends of length 450mm with two washers, suitable for cold water connection to geyser all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per item No (22) above but for hot water connection for geyser, all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repair semi circular bottom cover plate of 25/50 ltr capacity geyser duly painted of appropriate make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement inner stainless steel dome of geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs complete as per sample to match original patterns and shape.

Supply and fix in replacement inner stainless steel dome of geyser of capacity 50 Ltrs complete as per sample to match original patterns and shape.

Repair to Voltage Stabilizer 1 to 2 KVA capacity. Opening the same assessing the repair and removing unserviceable parts with new parts like PCB, Auto cut relay, constant voltage transformer, rewinding and re-assembling after carried out necessary repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No (27) above here in before but 3 to 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair BLDC ceiling fans AC, single phase, 230/240 volts of size 1200mm sweep with BEE 5 star rating Havells Cat part No. FHCNF5SWHT48 or equivallent in Atamberg/Usha complete all as specified and directed. Make: Usha, Havells, Atomberg Note: Old/Unserviceable fans shall be deposited in MES store.

S&F in repair exhaust fans AC, single phase, 230/240 volts of size 300 mm sweep with louver Complete all as specified and directed Note: Old/Unserviceable fans shall be deposited in MES store.

Supply & fix AC Plug 20A 2P with Earth, 230 Volt, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix AC Socket 20A 2P with Earth, 230 Volt, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix water heater instant type capacity 3 liters, 230volt, AC, thermoplastic body cover, with power on/off indicator lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply& Fix and testing and commissioning of MCB SP 240 volt 10 Amp to 40 Amp 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs. Make Legrand /L&T / Havells

Supply & fix Plug Top 15A, 230 Volt, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
