Sch 'A' Part-IV (External Water supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'External Water supply' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-IV against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-V (Road, Path and Hard standing) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Road Path and Hard standing' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-V against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-VI (Sewage Disposal) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Sewage Disposal ' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-VI against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-VII (Hot water Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Solar System ' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-VII against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Note for Srl No 1 to 08 The percentage above / below the SSR -2020 (part-II) rates shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor against Srl No. 1 to 08 by comparing it with the amount inserted / pre- priced by the department and the same shall be applicable for the items of respective schedule

Schedule 'A' Part-IX (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Water supply

Item No 01 : S&F 600mmx450mm fancy type bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 02 : S&F Tubular towel rail 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 : S&F Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe of 15mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : S&F 25 mm dia fancy type draphery rode with two way brass bracket cut to length as required, colour and design slall be as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : S&F looking mirror of size 5' x 3.5' with designer glass and frame fixed with all necessary arrangments as required, design slall be as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Electric supply

Item No 07 : S & F LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 08 : S & F Bulk head endura LED light fitting complete with and including 10 watt LED lamp and making necessary electric connection to ceiling rose with copper conductor of suiyable size & length complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 09 : S & F 35 watt, 6000K new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 on bldg wall with and including pipe bracket made of G.I tubing 32/40 mm dia bore medium grade ISI marked 1.20m long bent to shape & providing clamps 2 Nos made out of 50 x 6 mm Flat iron/ MS clamps & 12mm dia bolts, nuts & washers etc including painting to all and connecting up with & including twin twisted copper flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 10 : M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 sqmm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length , 15mm GI pipe heavy grade for protection of GI wire and 20mm GI pipe heavy grade for watering with wire mesh and funnel including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.

Road

Item No 11 : M &L Preparation of Black top road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of 100/150mm wide and 1.5 to 2mm minimum thickness single coat as in center line and edge line road marking by using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxiide, calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Application shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the approved applicator of the manufacturer of paint.

Item No 12 : S&F 100% water proof metal tubular solar delineator (as per IRC 79-1981) made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 900 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) block of size (150x150x300mm) complete all as specified and as directed

Item No 13 : S&F aluminium Cats eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with in built aluminium shank (nail free) etc complete all as specified as per IRC and directed.

Item No 14 : S&F stone kerb machine pressed coloured glossy finish (two coat of epoxy paint) precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, block size 300 x 300 x 100 mm thick finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth using coloured pigment and jointed in CM 1:6 struck finished etc complete all as specified laid with depth of block vertically.

Solar

Item No 15 : Supplying Installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Water Heater (Flat collector type) duly integrated with electric water heater (if system is not energied by solar due to non availability of Sunny day, system will run automatically through electricity) to be placed on building roof at suitable height of capacity of 100 LPD indirect Heating with Heat exchanger SS 304 with selectivity coated 'A' size Solar Flat Plate Collector made of alluminium body with toughened glass insulated hot water tank inter connection circulation piping between the system. collectors and hot water tank stand & temp gauge etc. Solar Collector for 500 LPD for intallation of Solar water heater with all pipe fittings etc the following specification as per IS: 12933 (Part-I)-1992 with ammendment no. (a) Solar Flat collector having ISI Market outer nominal dimension of 1860mm*1240mm*110mm. (b) Material-aluminium cast type channel and angel. (c) Back covering 24 SWG aluminium sheet and upper covering not less than 3.2mm thick temper/toughened glass absorber selectivity coated copper fin and tubes nominal fins, instalation 50mm thick mineral wool of 48 kg/cum density & reflector, 48 gauge aluminium foil.

(d) Gasket EPDM/SPDM/Neoprene flante 62mm ODSX 1320mm length. (e) 01 No cover plate shall be toughened glass confirming to IS 12933 (P). (f) Solar Hot Water Tank capacity 500 Ltr made of 1.0mm SS304 with50mm puf insulation. Including neccessary structure and finishing work, foundations, Electrical connection and other safety devices such as thermostat relaty etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cable for electrical connection, hot and cold water pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

External Water Supply

Item No 16 : M & L for Construction of brick masonry valves pits, of the following valves pits, of size 900mm x 900 mm x 1200 mm (internal dimension) with brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 including 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) internal and external surface of chamber including angle iron frame 40 x 40x 5 mm with MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick and locking arrangement including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC work 1:4:8 type D2 foundation concrete 100mm thick an PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 in coping, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 17 : M&L for drilling/taping in cast iron/ductile iron water mains ( in position) for branch connection of the internal dia 50 to 20 mm including necessary fitting such as ferrules, nipple short pipe etc complete all as specified & directed.

External Electric Supply

Item No 18 : M&L cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 4 core x 16 Sqmm

(b) 2 core x 16 Sqmm

Sewage Disposal

Item No 19 : M & L for Double Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe 150 mm ID and 175 mm OD class SN-4 sewage pipe conforming to IS 16098 (Part-2), laying & testing till made functional on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : M & L for Double Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe 38 mm ID and 65 mm OD class SN-8 sewage pipe laying & testing till made functional on ground.

Item No 21 : M & L for Double Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe 38 mm ID and 50 mm OD class SN-8 sewage pipe laying & testing till made functional on ground.
