Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Split type Air Conditioner of 2 TR (6000 Kcal/Hr) capacity with heating arrangement complete with cordless remote control unit, 5 star rating and EER of 3.5 and above, Indoor unit Hi wall mounted type suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and capable of performing the function as cooling and heating, Outdoor unit of the air conditioner shall be fitted with discharge cool type rotary/ scroll compressor operating on non-CFC refrigerants (like R410 A or equivalent) with over load protection and mounted on resistant mountings for quite operation. The filters packs provided shall be washable. Remote cordless control with LCD/LED display shall be provided with ON/OFF timer, fan speed selector (min 3 speed), mode selector (heating/cooling/drying/fan) and setting -up of temperature. Display of temperature and mode shall be provided on indoor unit and on handset. Overall power factor of the unit shall not be less than 0.85 at operating conditions complete all as specified and directed. Note: The installation shall include mounting/ fitting indoor and outdoor unit at respective locations. Laying refrigerant piping, drain pipe up to 6 mtr length and connecting both units after drilling holes, putting PVC sleeve, sealing and finishing the same duly matched with adjoining surface. Refrigerant pipe shall be insulated with expanded polyethylene foam not less than 5mm thick. Leak testing of the entire system after installation to be carried out. Rate quoted will include Charging refrigerant gas in the unit, suitable electric connection between indoor and outdoor unit (up to 6 mtr) and up to switch (up to 3 mtr).
