(iii) The contractor will have to submit MOU from M/s ECE Elevator India India Pvt Ltd Pvt Ltd. within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iv) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.
(v) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.

(vi) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, emergency alarm system with hooter,governor, hoistway door locks,magnetic switches,magnets,door motor,door drive,encoder,car door safety device, Infrared screen, governors, interlock on hoistway doors, gear oil,travelling cable, indicators, LED display boards and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.
(viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (ix) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. OEM Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (x) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.

Comprehensive periodical maintenance of Capsul lift (ECE Elevator India India Pvt )Ltd.daily Inspections and Maintenance Checks
(a) Daily Checks: Visual inspection of lift car interior and exterior.
Check emergency lighting and alarm systems.Test door operation and safety mechanisms.
(b) Weekly Checks: Inspect door closing and opening speeds.Test emergency stop button functionality.Lubricate moving parts as per manufacturer's guidelines.
(c) Monthly Checks:Check and adjust door gib clearance.Inspect electrical components for wear or corrosion.Test backup power systems (if applicable).
Quarterly Inspections: Safety Devices: Verify operation of overspeed governors.
Check buffer springs and safety gear.Mechanical Components: Inspect ropes, sheaves, and guide rails for wear.
Grease bearings and gears.
Half yearly Inspections
Detailed Examination:
Conduct thorough inspection of hydraulic systems (if applicable).
Test and calibrate control systems. Inspect and test emergency communication systems.
Contractor should takes Certification from authorised OEM to Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain certification from authorized inspectors. and Maintain a detailed log of inspections and repairs.Document any deviations from normal operation and submits to Engr-in-Charge All as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
