M&L for development of site by creation of land scaping mounds to the design and pattern as directed at site for planting grass/plants, forming required levels/mounds/slops/tarraces etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth required for forming mounds/elevations shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under appropriate item of schedule 'A'. (ii) Grass planting shall be measured and paid for separtely under appropriate item of schedule 'A'. (iii) Flat area of land shall be measured.

Supply and planting of grass /carpet grass by dibbling root method complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of following activities with materials and labour :- (a) Preparation of the existing area/field by ploughing in soft/ordinary soil upto the depth of 30cm and removing all the unsuitable/foreign material such as stones, weeds, tree's roots etc by trenching method as given in particular specifications and disposal of the rubbish/foreign material to a distance exceeding 50M but not exceeding 100M all as specified and directed. (b) mixing of following fertilizer and manure evenly in the soil manually as under :- (i) Matured manure of cow dung or sludge @0.30 Cum / X Sqm (ii) Fine sand : Mixed in the soil on required basis as per site requirement (Note : Sand shall be measured & paid for separately as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A'. (iii) Neem Khali @ 2Kg/X Sqm (iv) Bonemeal @ 1 Kg/X Sqm (v) D.A.P (16.42) @ 0.15 Kg/X Sqm (vi) Chloropyriophos (Note :Chloropyriophos shall be measured & paid for separately as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A'.) (c) Dressing of the top soil after mixing the manure and fertilizer to a required slope and mounds. (d) Watering the area after final dressing of soil after one week continuously till the soil get watered/wet upto 10 to 15 cm deep and eradication of weeds/vegetation etc if any (e) Final dressing of top of surface of soil to required slope and gradient towards the manholes (f) Plantation of grass at the rate of 10 cm c/c both ways by dibbing root method.

Supply and planting of Hedges of Duranta ,Lantana, Lalsa and Aclipha. (Min Height 25 cms) on the prepared formation around the peripheri of the area.

Supplying and stacking fine river sand at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking good earth at site, suitable for forming mounds & replacement of unsuitable soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking matured dump manure at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking cow dung at site including royalty and carriage complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking DAP at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking Neem Khali at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking Bone meal at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and stacking chloropyriophos at site complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Chloropyriophos shall be supplied in small packing upto 1 Ltr pack as directed.) Notes for item No 1 to 12 above: (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of all T&P, transportation charges, loading & unloading, royalties, municipal taxes and other lavies time being enforced. (ii) Laying,/spreading/mixing charges etc shall be deemed to be included in the respective item of schedule 'A' for development of Area/site.

S&F for continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick,with burnt clay bricks/fly ash bricks of sub class B old size bricks laid dry, on edge complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick (solid) RCC precast cement concrete of 1:2:4 type B0 louvers & jallies for making a tree guard including all moulding but excluding frame and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified in particular specifications.

Excavation in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or far shafts,wellset n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area n exc 1.5M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick wall concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finish to drain channel etc. not exceeding 25cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in reinforcement TMT bars , 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirpups, spacers and binders as in reinforcements cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix as in Slabs supported on walls beams and columns in floors roofs, landings (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix as in beams, coloumn, foundations, cantilevers, bressummers lintel over 1.5 m span (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling/boring vertical bores with reverse rotary rig are any other suitable method as per latest enginerring technology practice without casing pipe with 202mm dia bit to a depth exceeding 30 m and not exc 40m below ground level includiing all necessary work required for boring and filling of pea gravels all round the lowered pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) depth of boring shall be measured from of rechargewell. (ii) Pea gravels for filling shall be measered and paid for seperately
