M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking having minimum 2.5mm average thickness with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) MORTH specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by AGE(I). (ii) Shape, size & pattern of marking shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cms thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM( 1:4) on other than fair surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses etc , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade of concrete, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of cement concrete 100mm thick, in position, to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix, in repair, dual-directional speed-breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant ABS plastic body of colour yellow and black of size 250x345x50mm (height) provided with 4 steel nails, Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in a row complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. "T" section 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete all as specified and directed
