M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling,sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt Glazed stone ware drain pipe 150 mm bore grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed and testing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying DWCP 150 mm Minimum internal dia pipes in trenches Class SN-8 conforming to IS 16098 (Part -2) in 6 mtr length with coupler complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested for 150 mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 12.00 but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63 mm for loose filling in sokage pit, sokage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls and including wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @2% of weight of cement and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished ,and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) ,slab and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old decorated steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan white orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm with integral foot rests (excludig flushing cistern & flush pipe) with cast iron trap and make good to match with the existing surface of floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan including seat cover (pedestal pattern) white excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe including connection to out going pipe and flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless shyphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float valve and handle incl bracket and flush pipe of low level of 32mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling in-cluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ( in patches to match the existing colour /shed) over and including screed bed 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm/ 125mm dia mild steel chromium plated grating fixed on floor trap / nahani trap in Cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating 75 mm dia incl jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

RESTRICTED AREA Taking of liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank either manually or by pumping clearing thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area ,depositing in pit and covering with layers of earth and taking all precautions against foul/hazzardous gas etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L, cleaning blockage by manually or mechanically in sewage line up to 4.5 mtr depth, WC GT, NT, FT & man holes in AGE B/R area by engagging safai wala for each Zone on all working days from 830hr to 1700 hrs alonng with T&P ie. gum boot, mask, safety device etc. as required for cleaning blockage and keep smooth functional the entire sewage lines including manholes to the entire satisfation of Engineer-in-Charge etc and complete all as specified and directed. Note for sch À'item above (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with 2 safai wala at 0830 hrs at B/R maintainance cell to receive complaint for blockage and to submit complition report on same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip Area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. Cost for the same shall deemed inclusive in the quited rate. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. Any despute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decesion shall be final, binding and conclusive. (iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P is required same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt there fore contractor is advice to visit the site before quoting the rate in tender. (v) All sewage blokage complaint must be attended within 24 hrs. any sewage blokage complaint is not clear within 24hr( except and otherwise few major/ Difficult complaint prior intimation/ notice to GE/ Engr In Charge) compensation of Rs.100/- per Day per complaint shall be charged from contractor work done without any prior notice based on Job card i.e. user satisfaction. (vi) Attendace register would be maintained by Engr-in-charge in presence of contractor on each day for making the payment/recovery as per attendance.
