M&L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 7.5cm thick each with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of WBM surface road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) grade VG-30 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix Bituminous Macadam with 4 % binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and roller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Aggregate used in the work shall be obtained from approved source. (b) Minimum content of Cement filler shall be 2% by weight of total mix and dossage shall be as per design mix. No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of filler is used/approved due to design requirement in the execution of work under this item. (c) No price adjustment shall be made for any extra quantity of binder due to design requirement. (d) Cost of testing charges as per (IS), Preparation of moulds, penetration test, Viscosity test, Bitumin extraction test, Marshal stability test and core cutting, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula shall be deem to be included in quoted rate). (e) Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical . (f) During the laying minimum 02 x water browser shall be available at site.

M &L for bitumenous premix Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG 30) ,rolled and compacted, mixed in mechnical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, and screed temp minimum not less than 140 degree cellicious finished with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed 5 KM/hour and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical sensor paver only)

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 10cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/ Red bajari filling 100 mm thick in berms , laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread , levelled and blingded with earth and rammed to form uniform and consolidated surfaces with and incl watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocing paver block with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade laid dry in floor/path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand cushining under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PCC paver block/tiles, dry laid, of any thickness and re-laying in same position or position n exc 500m from location as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.50 m wide and n. exc. 1.50 m deep for foundation of and getting out in hard dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillng in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material distance exceeding 50m and not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) for column footing, plinth beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in modular size with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement -mortor 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC-M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) for slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roofs , landings, blaconies , canopies , deck slabs ,and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No.24, above but 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in bed blocks, coping etc, including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 graded stone aggregate) as in benching including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of 450 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 450 mm bore reinforced concrete drain pipes of class NP-3, laid in trenches and jointed and tested etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) for foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rubber road Humps/speed breaker black & yellow size (415 width x 500 length x 50 mm height) bearing capacity 20 ton etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road delineator made of 50 mm round MS pipe 80 to 100 cm high above ground level with reflective bends of 3 M Hi intensity micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting 5 cm red 2 Nos and 10 cm yellow 1 No in center with metal jalli for protection, painted black etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Excavation, removal of surplus soil and size of pcc pit is 200x200x200 mm filled with pcc 1 :2:4 type B-1. rate quoted shall be included above. S&F in repair 500 mm to 1000 mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 mm dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark( height of pipe not less than 1.20 m from ground level ) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200 mm x 400 mm ) in pcc 1:3:6 type C-2( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation ,RFR etc complete all as specified and directed.
