The following varities of plant and trees (ornamental/ seasonable/ non seasonable) are required to be planted. M&L for planting of following trees plant/trees of mentioned height at the time of plantation including excavation inany type of soil for pit size (3feet x 3feet x 3feet) application of Anti Termite Treatment and fill the pit putting DAP and Urea suitable for plant with the mixer of soil 50% black cotton soil obtained from excavation 25% red/sweet agricultural soil and 25% of cattle composed mannure obtained from outside of MD land as approved. Then planting the plants in pit watering to plant and fill water in the pit till soil saturated with water as required for plant. (Note : The growing of plant by watering and removing the vegetation from the plant pit also till completion date of this contract agreement. Further, maintenance of 12 months from the date of completion including tools, materials, manpower related machinary etc complete as per the direction, good growing by watering as required and removing the vegetation and keep all healthy alive. If any plant dies, then same age and height of other grown up plants to be planted without any cost to department)

Planting of Royal Palm Trees (Height 8 to 10') including necessary earthwork as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Notes for item No 01 to 7.0 :- (i) Tree/ plants will be obtained from nursery of MP Govt or any other Nursery approved by GE. (ii) Payment for this item shall be made only for the plants found alive. Any dead plant shall be replaced with the new once without any extra cost to the Govt.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm grade aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required indd cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fromwork to faces of concrete walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for coloumns etc, basement slabs, under rammed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement wall, ballast wall and the like, any thickness above top of footing including attached pillasters and buttresses complete all as specified.

M&L for designing a dream swimming pool which involves careful construction of various elements and and one crucial aspect is choosing the right tiles of any size, set and jointed in neat cement slurrry and pointed in white or coloured cement/silicon to match incl 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified. Make : Jhonson Endura Tiles or equivelent approved.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick high traffic paver tiles (coloured) joint free as in floors and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the surface laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : "ENDURA" by Johnson or equivelent in SOMANY/ORIENT (IS 4457 : 2007)

S&F stainless steel benches/ Hand Rails of 304 Grade of approved pattern/ design incl SS welding, buffing fixed to ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M& L for brick work with old sized fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius laid in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M& L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface by applying alkali resistant priming coat and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 06 Mtr dia GI Ring 40 to 80mm bore size of pipe with 90 Nos Nozzle branches flange, socket, stands support, nut bolt and suitable size of gate valve etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Oases or equivalent approved.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of crown nozzles complete all as specified and directed. Make : Oases or equivalent approved.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of three phase Submersible pump set at flow rate 2500 LPM at the head of 10m, HP -10, KW -7.25 Body :- C I (Cast Iron) Impeller C.I, including suitable size of sluice valve and NRV complete all as specified and directed

Supply install commissioning and testing of floor mounted Outdoor cubical type LT Feeder Pillar Box (CPRI tested and as per list of makes) of size 500mm x 500mm x 300mm fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 60mm x 60mm x 6mm frame factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof both, weather proof side hinge opening arrangement on front and back centre openable double door with locking arrangement cable entry and exit from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, Digital VAF + PF Meter- 01 Set, including LED indicating lamps- 03 Nos, Single phase/ three phase internal wiring of suitable size to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/ MCCB's & Bus-bar. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ epoxy insulator, connected with Aluminium lugs, including powder coat painting (RAL-7032) on the surfaces externally & internally including necessary preparation of surfaces and providing PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 as in foundation all as specified and as directed, comprising of the following:- Note:- 1. S & F MCB TPN 415 volts, Icu=100% Ics with rupturing capacity 10 KA suitable for fixing on DB of capacity 40 to 100 Amps in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in pipes, trenches/ ducts, on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 06 Sqmm 4 core laid in pipes/ PVC rigid conduit, trenches/ ducts, on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning submersible flat cable size 4 Sqmm, 3 core, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor, laid in pipes/ PVC rigid conduit, trenches/ ducts, on poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm for P and N and one run of 6 Sqmm earth and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Pump sets, centrifugal, electric driven, supply and Install complete of 5 HP, 415Volt, Three phase motor with suitable size of pressure controller and pre filter including suitable size of sluice valve and NRV, nut bolts for fixing on the PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of three phase DOL starter suitable for 5 HP, 3 phase electric motor, workable at 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply with suitable over load relay, power contactor, protection relay for earth fault, over voltage, under voltage in existing enclosure box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agragate as in foundation, for motor etc incl necessary form work and fair finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) of 32mm concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, laid in trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PPR Gate Valves (Brass Insert) of 32mm bore. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for drilling and tapping CI/DI/GI water mains (in position) for branch connection of the internal dia 32 mm and connecting tee of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation and testing of hunter PGP ultra pop up sprinkler with 15 to 19 mtr cover nozzel including fixing with pipe by cutting and drilling complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs. wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs. in depth in trenches and getting out in soft soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading and levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation.

Removing the excavation soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying and jointing GI pipe, medium grade, of size 25mm bore laid in trenches/ under floors or roads/ along poles/ on wall incl clamps for protection of cables incl fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 sqmm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.

S&F PPR Ball Valve (brass Insert) of 32mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
