Item No 18 : Septic tanks, excavation in oridinary soil, foundation in PCC, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC/CI manhole covers (HD), vent shaft and sludge chambers etc, complete for 100 users complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : Soakage wells, excavating in oridnary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed and solid brick work in CM, RCC cover slab, filling with brick bats, complete of size 2.4M dia x 3.0M depth complete all as specified and directed.

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Item No 20 : Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 90 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 3.00 KVA.

Furniture Items

Item No 23 : Chair Easy Timber : All wood work shall be 1st class MP Teak wood well seasoned free from all defect and knots. Cane: Caning shall be of with 2.0 mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane half round of superior quality white or cream colour woven to the pattern all as shown on the drawing and as approved by the EIC (Godrej Pattern). Strengthening band shall be of 3.5mm wide plastic cane. Make: Premier/Shah/Garware. Ring: Hard PVC ring shall be 20mm dia screwed to bottom of the legs. Polish: All expose wooden surface shall be French polished glossy finish. Rest: All as per drawings.

Item No 24 : Table 900mm x 600x 760mm Timber : All wood work shall be 1st class MP Teak wood well seasoned free from all defect and knots. Wooden clamps support size to be provided screwed with long rain and leg inner side for extra strength of beds as directed as EIC. Top 18mm Pre-laminate MDF board exterior grade IS-12823. Beading shall be 4mm teak wood fixed with head less nail.

Item No 25 : Chair writing Timber : All wood work shall be 1st class MP Teak wood well seasoned free from all defect and knots. Item No 26 : Charpoy IP with Hard Top Pipe: Square pipe 32mm sq. 1.6mm th. For legs, 65mmx25mm rectangular 1.6mm th for long rails and short rails, 25mm sq. Stifferners under 12mm plywood and stifferners between legs to the short side shall be used. 4mm th MS plates shall be welded at the bottom of the legs. Plywood: 12mm plywoodd (BWP) grade ISI Marked for the top shall be fixed with round head nut & bolt. Make: Green Ply/Century Ply/Kit Ply. Finish: Black 7 stages pre treated powder coating as shown on drawing. Rest:All as per drawings and directed by EIC.

Item No 27 : Locker bed side steel Sheet: MS Sheet 1mm for shutter, shelf sides, back and bottom shall be used. Fitting: Chromium plated handle with a three way locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. Brass lock 6 leaver of Godrej/Harrison. Painting: POWDER COATING: All steel components shall be pre treated 7 stages epoxy powder coating shall be done.

Item No 28 : Display Board (900 x 600 mm) : All as shown drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm 16ng,75mm deep and 600mm high. 25mmx75mm particle board frame of commercial face with 6mm thick PARTICLE BOARD edging at-round shan be provided as shown on drawing. 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed in side the frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed as shown on drawing. Aluminium flat -of 63mmx3.25mm shall be provided ai-round at the back of the board. On front side 22mmx10 mm aluminium channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter. Rest: All as shown on the drawing & as direc ted by Engr-in-charge

Item No 29 : Chair Dining : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood tea.k(MP). Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section throughout up to 460mm high. Rear legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section and 890mm high: The distance between outer side of legs in front shall be 440mm and the distance between outer side of legs in the rear shall be 405mm. The legs shall be joined with front, sides and rear rails made to shape out of 30mmx65mmin section. Two side stiffener in short sides shall be provided of20mmx25mm in section, One stiffener of 20mmx25mm in section shall bne provided inthe middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners. Back horizontal rests, two in numbers, of 45mmx15mm made slightly curved in shape out of 45mmx35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18mm below the top of rear legs and other below 45mm from the bottom of top horizontal rail. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane, The cane shall be 2mm wide O.4mm thick half round gola type of Shah or Premier brand and woven in Godrej pattern. The cane shall weigh not less than 6gms per ten running metre. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. Rest: All as shown on the drawing & as direc ted by Engr-in-charge

Item No 30 : Receptacle Large : Receptacle: Receptacle shall be all as per drawing and as specified. Receptacle shall be covered with lid and handle in bright colour Red, Blue, green.

Wooden clamps support of suitable size to be provided screwed with long rail and leg inner side for extra strength as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Item No 32 : Side Racks w/trays steel : All as shown on drg. Overall size 840mm long 350mm wide and 810mm high. Floour MS angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 3mm shall be provided as legs and shall be 810mm high. MS sheet 1mm thick shelves made to shape shall be welded to angle iron legs at 100mm from bottom and 50mm from top. Top shelf shall have three compartments or spaces equally spared with 50 mm high partition and back covered with MS sheet 1mm thick. Painting : 7 stages pre treated Powder Coating shall be done. Item No 33 : Stool Steel (510 mm High): (a) Over all size shall be 305x305X510 mm (l xw x h). Stool shall be made out of 1 mm thick mild steel. (b) Finish all steel work shall be painted with two coats of OG paint with a coat of red oxide primer complete. PVC rubber shoes shall be fixed with bottam of the legsBlack 7 stages pre treated Powder Coating as shown on drawing. (c) Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Item No 34 : Safe Meat and Milk: (a) All wood work shall be 1 st class hard wood MP teak. (b) Front shutters of wire gauge shall be provided with 50 mm x 19 mm section rails and styles. Wire gauge shall be 12 mm mesh and of 20gauge. (c) Top shall be of 25mm polished thick marble with edges smooth round polished complete as directed by GE. (d) All wooden surfaces to be painted with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (e) Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Item No 35 : Table Cook House: All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mmx540mmx840mm. Steel frame shall be of 850mmx490mmx815mm. Four legs shall be of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Legs shall be connected together in long and short sides with top railsof 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top rails in long and short sides shall be joined in the middle by 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm stiffeners for the support of top of table. Two short stiffeners joining the legs in short sides shall be provided at 1OOmmfrom bottom of legs with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Two side stiffeners shall be fixed together inthe middle by a long stiffener ·of25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top of table shall be of 25mm thick polished Kotah stone all as shown on drawing. Steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces. Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Item No 36 : Hot Case Small: Hot caseshall be all as per drawing and as specified. All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 37 : Form without back: All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1525mm long, 300mm wide and 450mm high.The width is 300mm at bottom and 255mm at top of wooden plank. Legs shall be of 25mm mild steel square tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Steel frame of legs shall be 300mm wide at bottom and 205mm wide at top. Legs at top shall be joined by steel stiffener of 25mm mild steel square tube of wall thickness 1.6mm and also at 50mm from bottom of legs. Legs shall be joined in center by a long stiffener made to shape and shall be of 25mm mild steel square tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top shall be of 25mm thick particle board with standard PVC edging ai-round. Legs shall have hard rubber/PVC toes or shoes at the bottom of legs. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Wood surfaces shall be given' high gloss French polish. Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
