M& L for servicing of 11 kV gang operated air break switch by cleaning the contact, pin insulator with CTs and applying petroleum jelly at the contact point and down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted, corroded bolts, nuts (using galvanised iron nuts) along with replacing the burn aluminium thimbles and defective insulators, male and female contact as required at the site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (1) Insulator, male (moving) and female (fixed) contact shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items. (2) The cost for replacement of aluminium thimbles, GI nuts, bolts, washers, lubricating, materials etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for the item.

Supply and fix male contact /moving contact blade for gang operated air break switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix female contact/fix contact jaw for gang operated air break switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for maintenance of 33 KV(yard) power grid bus bar structure at MRS 33/11 kV Dronachal including provision of red, white, yellow PVC busbar sleeves including preparing and painting on steel tubular poles/PCC pole/MS Channels - 15 Nos (9 to 13 metres long) including cross arms, GI brackets, PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following: - (a) Two coats of synthetic enamel paint in white colour over a coat of primer on PCC coping (b) Making 4 Nos of strips of 30 cm wide in alternate red and white colour using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (c) Providing 30 cm wide retro reflective sheet of 30 cm wide, grade 1, pressure bonding type, red colour as per IS 14221: 1995 (d) Two coats of synthetic enamel paint in red colour over a coat of primer from top of electric pole to downward upto 1 metre length including cross arms, GI brackets etc. (e) Writing pole number and voltage level encompassed by circle of suitable dia using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (the colour of base shall be black and the colour of font shall be white). Number and voltage level shall be handwritten, and circle shall be stencilled. (f) Painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on remaining exposed portions.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size, transporting to store and stacking or for schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including preparing and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-22 (8.50 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets, PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following: - (a) Two coats of synthetic enamel paint in white colour over a coat of primer on PCC coping (b) Making 4 Nos of strips of 30 cm wide in alternate red and white colour using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (c) Providing 30 cm wide retro reflective sheet of 30 cm wide, grade 1, pressure bonding type, red colour as per IS 14221: 1995 (d) Two coats of synthetic enamel paint in red colour over a coat of primer from top of electric pole to downward upto 1 metre length including cross arms, GI brackets etc. (e) Writing pole number and voltage level encompassed by circle of suitable dia using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (the colour of base shall be black and the colour of font shall be white). Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stay assembly of stay rod of diameter 20 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling, re-erecting, restringing, tensioning and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size upto 5 conductors in one span as required on poles LT / HT including fixing insulators and jointing with ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing and painting on cross arms of electric poles (structure of four poles) of any height with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer after scrapping the metal surfaces with emery sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for loose filling with broken stone or boulder aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, on open space etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspection/Servicing to outdoor VCB 33 KV 800 Amps of AREVA make with full functionality by doing following jobs including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Cleaning the external surface of bushing with CTC or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to break operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misalignment of contacts. (b) Checking the vacuum interrupter assembly and contact Checking the alignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacture tolerance. Badly potted contact needs to be replaced. (c) Checking of operating voltage watt mechanism terminals tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts. (d) Inspecting all bolts, nuts pins and collar pins for tight and opened properly (e) Inspection cleaning and relubrication of circuit breaker (f) calibration of outdoor VCB 33 KV 630 Amps along with primary current injection test of 33 KV current Transformers (CTs) & Potential Transformer (PTs) and checking the electrical circuit for fault condition and proper functioning for testing of L&T relay MC61AnX at MRS 33/0.433 KV Dronachal powerhouse including calibration of relay indoor control panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing inspection cleaning of VCB outdoor switchgear system voltage 33 kv 50 Hz VCB with motorized operation mechanism 24 to 30 DC supply shunt trip close coil operation handle for spring charging relay master reset carefully tightening of cable connection applying greece and oil to moving and fixed mechanical part for its smooth operation and service. Report giving details of defective of if any along with list of spares for rectification including replacing spares issued by department and rectification of defects complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Oil temperature meter and Winding temperature meter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil of transformer of capacity 1000 KVA 33 KV/0.433KV ,oil capacity-1400 Litre by means of Centrifugal Filtration Plant to acheive minimum turnover of 3 cycle or till die electric strength to achieved upto 50 KV at 4 mm gap and testing complete including all arrangement of T&P and electrical equipment and transport etc in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of new insulating transformer oil for make up of transformer of cap 33/0.433 KV during dehydration, confirming to IS 335/1993 and having dielectric strength of 50 KV at 4 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3.0 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.
