SCHEDULE 'A' PART IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS - TO BE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR)

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal cross section area) single core, multi stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher medium grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk pressed (2 mm thick) steel terminal switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover, concealed in wall including earth wire continuous of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor, cable (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth, earth dolly. Plastic laminated sheet screwed with brass screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switches 5/6 Amps.

(b) One 5 pin 5/6 amps socket out let point on independent board, controlled by one, one way 5/6 amps

(c) One 5 pin 5/6 amps socket out let point on same board, controlled by one, one way 5/6 amps

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 Sq mm (Nominal cross sectional area) single core, multi stranded , PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable FR in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher medium grade ISI marks complete with all PVC conduit accessories/fittings and sunk CI/pressed steel terminal switch/socket box 2mm thick with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) connected to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, plastic laminated sheet screwed with brass screws, cup washers and all accessories for one three pin 15/16 Amp, socket out let point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan with louver shutter, heavy duty, AC, single phase, 230 V, of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/ connector to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F decorative slim linear LED tube light fitting, 1x20 Watt light with co extruded polycarbonate body, enviromental friendly, energy efficient, ready to use, pack with all accessories including 01 Number 20 Watt tube rod and connecting the same to the ceiling rosewith using copper conductor 23/0.0076 flexible cable including all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light fitting, pressure die cast aluminium housing, enclosed with acrylic cover, IP66, 20 W LED and connecting including suitable size bracket made out of light grade GI pipe with all necessary fixing arrangements and making necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F connecting & testing MCB, 'C' series 230V with rupturing capacity 10 KA of following capacity complete all as specified and directed:- (a) MCB 6 to 32Amp, SP.

(b) MCB 63 Amp, TPN.

S&F ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and connecting up including provion of three core flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm copper wire from ceiling rose/connector to fan of length not less than 0.5 mtr. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with MS Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level including necessary excavation, earth work ,charcoal, salt etc and connected to GI earthing lead wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolt nuts check nuts washers etc and 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh etc including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-0, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @100 mm centre to centre both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, plastering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, and GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade from earth plate to test point upto 7.5m length all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 22), 8.50 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and Including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC 1:3:6 type 'C-2' (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 600 X 600 X 1650 mm below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type "B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block(coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ENDURA CITY LINER LEDStreet light luminaire, ressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass and I 66 protection, 60 Watt LED, 6000K including cable Core coper conductor and PVC conduit pipe, heavy duty, duly ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F brackets made out of 25mm dia GI pipe, light grade, length not less than 1.0 mtr, bent to shape having an angle 120 degree, fixed with two Nos 32x5 mm size flat mild steel clamps made to shape and size and suitable nuts bolts and washers including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc compete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amp, 415 Volt, 50 Hz with 25 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finish, rubber moulded, 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 40mm thich stone dust/ sand cushining and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 side of path/paver block (kerbs), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing 80 mm bore GI pipe line in position or branch connection with all required G fiting required including necessary excavation and earth work and making disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
