Note For Item No. 01 To 03 (i) Payments shall be made as per minimum labour wages latest fixed by State Govt/Central Govt whichever is higher. (ii) The quoted rate of bidder shall not be less than minimum fair wages fixed by State Govt/Central Govt (whichever is higher) including GST, LWC, EPF, ESIC etc as applicable, if quoted rate of bidder is lesser than a complete detailed justification for the same shall be uploaded in cover-I. (iii) Empty containers shall be returned by the contractor to the MES store under GE AF TA Gwalior. (iv) It will be the contractor’s responsibility to operate the DG sets, panels and distribution system to maintain the smooth function of installation round the clock. (v) It will be the contractor’s responsibility to operate the pumps, panels and distribution system to maintain the user’s requirement round the clock. (vi) All operator shall be ITI holder or minimum 3 years of work experience. (vii) All operator will wear proper uniform as approved by GE. (viii) For panel recovery on account of non-operation of installation/absent of operators from duty, the recovery amount shall be calculated @ double of rate of minimum fair wagesrate quoted (whichever is higher) of operator and shall be recovered from the due payments. (ix) Cleaning of workplace instrument/machinery/rest room shall be responsibility of contractor. (x) All tradesmen shall be individually life insured. The insurance certificate shall be kept on record. Qualification/Experience certificate of the employed tradesmen shall be kept on record. (xi) Stationery for operation of installation shall be contractors responsibility (Daily Log Sheet, Attendance register, Wages Register, Routine maintenance Register)

(xii) Log sheets of Singpur range shall be submitted weekly by contractor. (xiii) Operator shall carry out routine check up likely battery & raditor water lavel and will maintain it, if any abnormal noise/fault seems in DG set, operator will immediately inform to concern JE E/M or Engineer-in- Charge.(A record in this regard shall be responsibility of the contractor ). (xiii) The same operator will oprate the pump/panel & distribution system to maintain the user's requirement round the clock. (xiv) Contractor submit the nominal roll of persons to be employed alongwith qualification/experience certificates, Police verification identification certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before deployment of the staff. (xv) Contractor will submit nominal roll within 10 days of acceptance of contract and qualification and experience certificate of tradesmen to Engr-in-charge for approval of GE before commencement of the work. (xvi) Every tradesmen should have his own valid identity card for being Indian citizen. (xvii) All provisions contained in various Labour Laws/Acts and IAFW 2249 as amended from time to time are meticulously followed

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for eleven months and break down attendance of DG Sets of different capacity alongwith AMF panels etc consisting daily, monthly & half yearly as mentioned here-in-after. All checks and periodical services and preventive maintenance of DG Sets as specified and recommended by the respective manufacturers in addition if any installed at ATC, Bhind Gate & Singpur range complete with replacement of defective parts during breakdowns, consumables and necessary tools & plants as required etc. The DG Sets operator shall maintain the performance of the following DG Sets & connected equipments:- (a) at ATC (i) 100 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (ii) 125 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (iii) 250 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (iv) Main LT Panel Board – 02 Nos (b) at Bhind gate (i) 63 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (c) at Singpur range (i) 20 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (ii) 25 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (iii) 40 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (iv) 50 KVA DG Set including LT Panel - 01 Set (v) Main LT Panel Board – 01 No

NOTE for Item No.6:- Periodical Routine Maintenance/Checks as per OEM Recommendations or as directed, including minor & major repairs and testing of DG sets, complete all as specified and mentioned works as below :- (a) Examine suction and Exhaust Valves and Cleaning for smooth operation. (b) The cost of over hauling of equipments including replacement of major defective spare parts (excluding spare parts of engine and alternator) as directed of existing make/brand (or of superior quality in case of non availability of existing make) shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (c) Tentative spare parts shall be Fuel filters, Lubrication oil filter element with O ring, Air filter element inner & outer with O ring, Lubricant oil, distilled water, coolant, fan belt, ammeter, voltmeter, speedometer, battery, battery charging dynamo, self starter assembly, AVR, stop solenoids, controller card, water pump, fuel ejector pump assembly, housing of DG sets, power contactor, MCCBs and other spare parts which are required for smooth functioning of DG sets. (d) De-scaling of radiator assembly, rebinding of alternator, reconditioning of batteries including replacement with new parts and servicing & replacement defective parts of AMF panels shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (e) Clean Alternator winding in position by forced air and internal surfaces, lubricate DE & NDE bearings as and when required (f) Test IR value of alternator winding and recording the readings (g) Tightening of all nut bolts (h) Greasing wherever is required (j) Checking of any leakage of fuel & Oil lines (k) Cleaning of fuel tank when due (l) Checking and servicing of Turbo Charger as and when required.

(m) Examine and clean fuel injection, nozzles (n) Painting of DG Sets including cage with synthetic enamel paint of existing shade once during the contract period. (o) Complaints if any shall be attended as and when ordered (through Phone/in writing) by Engineer-in-Charge (p) Work is including consumables like cotton waste cloth kerosene oil etc. (q) DHPP(N) required at the time of maintenance/testing will be issued by MES complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (r) Necessary make good of base/foundation of DG sets shall be done by the contractor as per existing specifications, if the same is damaged during currency of contract. (s) At the time of handing over of equipments after completion of the work all DG sets shall be serviceable, operational & in smooth running condition.
