Complete all as specified in item No 3.00 above but applying two coat of oil bound distemper of white or any tinted on walls.

M&L for preparation of existing surface and applying a layer of wall care putty on wall or ceiling and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper for complete smooth finish of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cement base paint on walls, facia , cornice, chajja upto 8 meter height of the bldg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface and applying two coats of cement base paint upto 8 meter height of the bldg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface of walls / chajjas projections including facia, cornices etc by scarping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM and down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots etc including preparation of old decorated surfaces of applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion Exterior paint duly applied by company applicator with adequate warranty for paint used complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old or previously treated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

All as specified in item No 9.00 above but two coats of synthetic enamel paint on previously treated surfaces of wood to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 03 to 14 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

M&L for writing or repainting letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic, Indian) exc 15cm but n.exc 30 cm in height and line of letters figures n.exc 2cm wide (Bldg No / Name ) etc with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on other than fair fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smoth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall or ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of exterior emulsion acyrlic weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of exterior grade primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and incl a layer of wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface of internal wall or ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.
