S&F in repair 150mm bore sluice valve ISI Marked (IS 14846-2000), Class PN-1.0, both ends flanged with CI body, stainless steel spindle, chucknut and iron wheel etc including provision of new nuts, bolts, washers and gasket including testing and taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 50mm bore Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, ISI marked screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, laying of pipe and exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of new valve pit/ chamber of single brick masonry using old size bricks in CM (1:4) of size 1200mmx 1200mmx 900mm (internal dimensions) including PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation & floor (min 150mm thick), internal, external & floor plaster, PCC coping, 5mm thick MS sheet cover with 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame with locking arrangement including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and removal complete all as specified after demolition of existing old unserviceable valve pit chambercomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,100 mm (4”) dia with all fittings and jointing material incl connection of existing water line in main line including tyton joint including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron/ DI fittings suitable for spigot and socketed pipes up to 150mm bore confirming to IS-1538 for pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle) tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branches. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collers, cap and plug etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI Pipes galvanized, “Light grade ” 50 mm dia , laid in trench for protection of UG cable/Earthing strip complete including taking out the old one .

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles etc of sizes 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core cable including all electrical connections using suitable size of gland and lungs including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Material and labour for narmada river sand, unwashed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of sub class B bricks old size laid flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of U/G cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI earthing strip of size 25X4 mm including nesassary brazing and connecting existing earthing system including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cast iron foot valve of size 150 mm suitable for fixing in 100 mm GI pipe suction line in UG sump including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submersible cable, PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3 core flate of size 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Automatic star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure, suitable for submersible / centrifugal pump set with relay, contactor, auxilary contactor suitable or capacity from 7.5 HP and upto 12 HP to run on 440 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Automatic star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure, suitable for submersible / centrifugal pump set with relay, contactor, auxilary contactor suitable or capacity from 15 HP and upto 30 HP to run on 440 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel . supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of GI strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.

S & F of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- AFeStairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone)as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class `B` bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar( 1:6) including Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick plaster on fair faces brick surface with CM 1:6 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for Forming fair finished channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trench in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for sewage line, manhole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n.exc.1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40 above but depth exc. 1.50m but not exc3.00m from GL complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofts, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizointal or slooping) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming and layers n exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforcement) in ground floor on paving n exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
