Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing Centrifugally cast ( Spun ) Ductile iron Pressure pipe ISI Marked confirming to IS-8329-2000 ( Reaffirmed -2005 Edition 4.1 ) of size 80mm bore with socket spigot ends, suitable for "Push on Joints ( Tyton Joint )" each standard working lengths supplied with rubber gaskets duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-9 with socket with cement mortar lining inside and metallic Zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe with out polythylene sleeves but including "Push on Joint" supplied with ISI Marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 ( reaffirmed-2003 ) laid in trenches complete, including taking up old 80 mm bore cast iron water mains ( including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends/ Tyton joints and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron bends (any radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket) Tee, pieces single branch, “ Y” junction, double branch, cross ( all socket or socket spigot) collars, caps, caps & plugs of the size upto 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting, jointing and testing of Ductile iron pipe fittings ( Specials ) heavy duty for any type ( flanged / socketed ) pipes such as bends ( any type radius, and angle ), tapers, any type straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee pieces, ring branch, Y junction, double branch, cross ( all socket or socket and spigot ), collars, caps and plugs, adapters etc. of any size radius and length conforming to IS 9523 / 2000 specifications with external bitumen coating and internal cement mortor lining and metallic zinc coating of size upto 450 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of bituminous Road/floor/plinth protection for laying pipe not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 depth, including refiling with excavated material and watering well ramming/compacting and making good top surface with PCC 1:2:4 100 mm thick type B-0 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directred.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C 2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling mass concrete and making good distrubed surface all as specified and directed.

Repairs to leakeage/repairs and water supply break down by using JCB/Manual arrange sufficient manpower to arrest leakeage/break down including taking down and relaying of 80 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work/PCC/CI/DI specials shall be measurerd and paid separately
