Supply and fix in renewal of coloum pipe in tubewells, 80 mm bore Made out of Mild Steel with both ends screwed and fixed with flanged and holed drilled, grooves cut for cables flanges 10 mm thick, welded to pipe with MS flats 20 mm x 6 mm thick, 150 mm long to flange and pipe (3 Nos) in each flanged side, renewal of nut bolts and 2 Nos of rubber gaskets. Each column pipe 3 mtrs long and ISI marked etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing Maintenance of Non Clogging/Mono Block Centrifugal pump set coupled with electrical motor AC of capacity 7.5 to 10 HP, three phase, from pump house and carrying out maintenance check alongwith following repairs :- (a) Dismantling of centrifugal pump set in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engr in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly. (c) Cleaning, washing and greasing of ball bearing complete. (d) Checking play of impeller and bushing of pump and repair/replacement of bushes, gland, sleeves etc. (e) Assembling of motor and pump with old serviceable parts and replacement of UNSV parts with new as ordered where necessary. (f) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load complete. Note:- Any repair and renewal of parts like Shaft, Shaft Sleeve, bearing, gasket, gland packing, Nuts bolts washers etc and labour cost to be included in the quoted rates. NOTE :- Rewinding of motor if required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply, install, lowering, testing and commissioning complete submersible pump set coupled with electrical opretaed Motors 440 volts, 50 Hz required head not less than 70 mtrs, with discharge capacity not less than 5.57 LPS, (7.5 HP) suitable for 150 mm dia casing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) New Pump Motor Lowering in the bore well after Lifting old unsv Pump motor and deposite into MES Store Yard (ii) Rates for Lifting & Lowering the Pump Motor are included in the Quated rates.

Flushing of borewell for Development and yield testing of borewell with air compressor countinously till the time clean, crystal, sand free water of portable quality is obtained for not less than 10 to 12 hrs including portable test & chemical analysis complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal of single phase preventer, VSP-3, 415 V 50Hz including electric connection complete all as specified and directed.
