M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paoint application with a flow speed of miniumum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Srl item No 1 to 4:- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The contractor shall uplod with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MoU) with at least one of the maunfacturers mentioned int he contract, failing which the bid hsall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/width, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering alll the itmes of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

M&L for one coat of white wash on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of old surface i.e brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , craks etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of white wash on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of old surface i.e brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , craks etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of white wash on old decorated surface of ceiling including preparation of old surface i.e brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , craks etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, celing,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on stone masonary / other than fair finished surfaces of brick wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered ceiling surface including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying three coats of white wash on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces of old decorated walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying Birla / J. K. wall care white putty 1mm thick in two layer for levelling the surfaces of walls and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion paint over and including a coat of interior primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with applying white cement based wall care putty 2mm thick and acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, applying two or more coat of paint @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm and priming coat of exterior primer @2.20kg/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of paint on old decorated surface of walls with acrylic emulsion paint incl preparation of surfaces i.e removing of nails, making good holes /craks with cement mortor etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting washing rubbing down and stopping of paint and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of paint on old decorated surface of walls with acrylic emulsion paint incl preparation of surfaces i.e removing of nails, making good holes /craks with cement mortor etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting washing rubbing down and stopping of paint and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of paint on old decorated surface of walls with plastic emulsioin paint incl preparation of surfaces i.e removing of nails, making good holes /craks with cement mortor etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting washing rubbing down and stopping of paint and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying Birla / J. M&L for one coat of synthetic enamelled paint on old painted wood/wood based surface of any desription over 10cm width or girth incl preparation surfaces such as removing all splashes, drops, dirt and leaving premises in a clean state complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamelled paint on old painted steel based surface of any desription over 10cm width or girth including preparation surfaces such as removing all splashes, drops, dirt and leaving premises in a clean state complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair of distrubed/ broken brick holes in walls with CM 1:6 including filling of narrow interstices with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) after and including removal / root out of trees,plants, truncks,grasses and creeps etc from roof or wall , finished with 15 mm plaster in CM(1:6) including finishes the surface with same finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from the existing portion of beam / chajja/ facia /celing of brick work or concrete surfaces incl. raking out joint , hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water and applying the cement slurry with 3 kg/ sqm and over it applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note. Rate include for working upto 4 storey of building.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement 1:3 for work in isolated widths or widths not forming part of general plastering such as band, Jams,cornices,skirting,drip mould,and similar work exc. 15 cm but n. exc. 30 cm in width or girth , including cutting to edges all mitres and stop ends and to match with existing surfaces finish complete all as specified and directed. Note. Rate include for working upto 4 storey of building.

M& L cement plaster in two layers on brick/stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work, first layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second layer 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion paint on old decorated surace of walls / roof incl preparation of surfaces i.e brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , craks etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Asian ACE or equivalent make as specified in Appx 'C' Particular Specifications

M&L for two coat of exterior emulsion paint on old decorated surace of walls / roof incl preparation of surfaces i.e brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes , craks etc and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting, etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Asian ACE or equivalent make as specified in Appx 'C' Particular Specifications

M&L for writing letters of figures in Roman, ltalic or Indian of height not exc 30cm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphen, brackets, etc with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots remove complete existing surface up to mother surface approved by GE than applying two coat of cement base paint and making border or patta on Chhajja, roof projection Column projection , beam projection etc as ordered by Engr-in-Charge with teracotta snowcem dark colour,same materials but diffrent tinted on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
