M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, in brick/stone wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc. and making good, in cement mortor 1:3 cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc .06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screeed bed layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling of floor, hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) including water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggt ) as in coping , apex stone , bed plate , kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating and incl. necessary form work etc etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new Ceiling surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including MS clamp or laid in trench, including taking up and down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 110 mm dia junction, single(single 'T') equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) vent cowl of 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including MS clamp or laid in trench, including taking up and down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs 75 mm dia PVC ( SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvant etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of steel water tubes 15 mm bore, medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall & ceiling or laid in floor, including taking up and down existing tubes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC float valve assembly including assessories with float valve 20mm dia, including taking out existing assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitreous china squatting pan 'Orrisa pattern' size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests any pattern including provn of cement concrete bedding and making connection with & including P or S Trap etc, including taking out existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC low level flushing cistern of 10 Ltr capacity including flushing pipe bend PVC bend and PVC connection 450mm long high pressure etc, including taking out existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting PVC / AC / RCC existing water tank of exc. 250 and not exc. 500 lit capacity , setting a side for repair , cleaning and removing all scale and dirts from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position etc including writing of date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel door shutter with MS angle iron shutters frame 35 mm X 35 mm X 5 mm in two panel covered with 1.25 mm thick MS plain black sheet welded to shutter with 2 Nos sliding door bolt of 16 mm dia 300 mm long with locking arrangement, 2 Nos of tower bolt of 200 mm long including MS angle iron frame 40mm x40mmx 5mm as in chowkhat with 6 Nos hold fast of flat iron 30mm X5 mm ,200 mm long with bottom flat iron of size 30mmx5mm and 100 mm size 4 Nos butt hinges including necessary cutting, welding, binding as required with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Single shutters of approx width0.8 to 1.2 m and ht 1.9 to 2.10 M.]

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M&L for applying two coats of elastomeric-acrylic waterproof protective cum decorative coating on external surface of RCC, concrete panels, plastered surface of wall etc. over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Dr Fixit (Raincoat) or equivalent

M&L for repairing and filling cracks up to 5mm width with crack-x paste ready to use crack filler (Make: Dr fixit or equivalant) for internal &external surfaces cracks in wall/ plaster all as per manufacture instruction including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg per Sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 Cum. per sqm over roof surfaces including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& Fof 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, including dismantling of asbestos/GI sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC ( 1: 2: 4) type B-0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) etc on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including demolition of mud phushka, lime, concrete, tiles , cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 m height etc and applying new water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items with and including materials and labour as under:- (i) The surface of roof,parpet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed. A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of dirction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded. (ii) Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab ,complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iv) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm (v) Laying of water proofing teratment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (vi) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane. (vii) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site .

Treatment for sunken portion is as follows :- (i) Demolition of lean concrete and other type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. (ii) M&L for providing 12 mm dia holes of 40mm deep @200mm c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring cement slurry by pressure grouting for sunken floors of toilet , includind sealing the holes with CM 1:3, all as specified and as directed by EIC. (iii) M&L for water proofing plaster for sunken portion in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick in two coats with and including water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) M&L for applying evenly two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm in each coat over vertical surfaces and floors of sunken floors of toilet including cleaning of surfaces. (v) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion). etc. (vi) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with including WPC @ 2% by wt. of cement, as sub base, 75mm thick. (vii) M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick with incl water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface seven and fair. Note :- above includes (a) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. (b) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated (c) Horizontal flat area to be measered.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts including dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and refixing the sheets at same or other roof fixed with new L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement serrated ridge or hip ridge for corugated or semi corugated sheets, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts including dismantling existing damaged AC sheet ridge/hip for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets from roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm & over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of pre- coated coloured galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa (AZ150) as in roof covering/ clading to wall, including crimping sheet at end fixed with self tapping screws, including dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets roofing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses/purlins/posts (of round/rectangula/square hollow section) including angle cleats for jointing with welding confirming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal / square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm & n exc 30cm long dia of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F of Rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary & counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
