M & L for concealed point wiring for one light or one fan or one exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end including cost of cutting chase and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 with white wash/distemper/other paintings complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix concealed sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 4 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories and fixed on walls and 4 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly including cost of cutting chase and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 with white wash/distemper/other paintings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note 1- Two runs of 4 sqmm cable, one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. Note 2- Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the quoted rate.)

S & F, LED building security light nominal power 30 Watt, 230 V AC, outdoor type with aluminium pressure die-cast housing, polyester powder coated, IP 65/66 protection complete with in-built integrated electronic LED driver including wiring using three core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible stranded copper conductor FR-LSH cables suitable for outdoor use, 1.5 sqmm, also including GI bracket 32 mm dia, light grade pipe 1.2 m long bent to 120˚ angle with MS, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete including connections and lamp as per catalogue No. LR02-331-XXX-57-XX of Wipro or equivalent of Make mentioned under Appendix "B".

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR Part-3 connected to earthing test point including GI light grade 20mm bore proction pipe and including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 8mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode shall be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Earth work in any type of soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal is also included in quoted unit rate. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself.
