M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement. in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for 5mm rendering thick in CM (1:3) on concrete sufaces as in ceiling, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), including preparing new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3.00 mm thick wall care cement based putty on walls/ceiling completeall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for applying two coats of weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

Notes for Srl item No 8 to 11:- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The contractor shall uplod with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MoU) with at least one of the maunfacturers mentioned int he contract, failing which the bid hsall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/width, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering alll the itmes of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & dirt resistance exterior aint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness quality or description) from from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wooden based painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Material and labour for writing letters,alphabates, numbers or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm hight as per existing style and in proper shape using synthatic enamel paint of any tint (normally white tint) , complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for oblitering old writing of any description and any size using synthatic enamel paint (normlly black tint) to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Each alphabates, Numbers and symbols to be measured
