Taking down cement plaster including on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement motor of any description complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6mmean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surface of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) CM 1:6 other than fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall and mixing with liquid Water proofing compound (WPC) @ 200ml/ 50kg cement or as per manufacturer's instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed WPC will be paid separately . Note:-(i)Cast of scafolding for rendering is including in this item. (ii)Rendering will be done in two layer. Ist layer will be 10-12 mm thick and 2nd layer will be 3-5 mm thick.

Supply only liquid water profing compound .

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding towall, fixed with sel ftapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tiles mangalore pattern,interlocking at side joints over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick with CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes with water proofing compound etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 mm to 25 mm thick laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps (single piece), skirting 20 to 25 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing over 15 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, 100 mm dia jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or mor coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm / liter and UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre /10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections ,15 mm bore pipes and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying 2 coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
