M&L for providing of cable protection cover unreinforced of size size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of GI tubes light grade, galvanised, 32 mm bore including necessary GI fittings, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for fixing of air termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 20 meter in two section, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 340 mm, High galvanized mast light suitable for 6 to 9 lantern(LED Flood lights) symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of integral LED flood light luminaire of 400 W, high efficiency as per IS-16107, IP-66 degree of protection with pressure diecast alluminium housing and toughened glass and with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts, washer and clamps for fixing and connecting to electric system with 4 sqmm wire PVC insulated copper stranded 3 core conductor on pole inclduing testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement, testing, commissioning of LT panel board , weather proof, outdoor type powder coated, double door shutter, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick outer and 2.00 mm thick for inner door confirming degree of protection IP 66 to with angle iron 50x50x6 mm outoor, floor mounting type with closed Aluminium bus bar chamber of size not less than 1.5 times of incommer including necessary insulator suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC, CPRI approved including provn of digital ammeter 0-350A, digital voltemeter 0-500 Volts, CT's of suitable ratio,indicator lamps R-Y-B,selector switches and internal wiring including making PCC block type 30 cm grouting etc all as specified and directed with the following Work also includes provision of suitable size of cable glands,cable lugs,nut, bolts,washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. (The bottom portion of enclosure shall be minimum 60 cm above ground level of legs of angle iron). M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earthing strip of dimension 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including testing complete all as specified and as directed.( NOTE: Necessary excavation to be measured under corresponding item of schedule ).
