M & L for concealed point wiring for one light/bell or one ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one one way switch complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end including cost of cutting chase and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 with white wash/distemper/other paintings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the quoted rate.)

S&F in repair LED tube light fitting, surface mounted lumanaires, 1 x 18 W, 240V, decorative ultra slim round /squar profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack with bipin holders, LED lamps,connector block, etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular fan regulator, 5 step, high speed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair building security light fitting 30 Watt ,frequency 50 Hz, water proof , 120 lumen/watt, made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and pc over having top opening separate driver compartment with IP-66 Protection and impact resistance of IK07 including suitable galvanized iron pipe "light grade" brackets 1 mtr length bent to shape to obtain required shape including clamps ,nuts/bolts/washers etc connecting with suitable copper wire of size 23/0.0076 complete including all accesories ( bracket, clamps for fitting on wall) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of size 32x6 mm galvanised mild steel wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
