Item No. 03 : Notice Board 3' x 2' : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm high. Side frame shall be 50mmx25mm in section and shall be of teak wood (MP). Stiffener and frame shall be of 25mmx12mm in section. Frame shall have two horizontals. connected by two verticals. One intermediate vertical stiffener shall be provided to the top and bottom horizontals of frame. 12mm thick soft board shall be provided on 6mm thick plywood over which best quality green Baize cloth shall be fixed.6mmx6mm teak wood bead shall be provided al-round the soft board.Front shall have open-able shutters hinged on sides with 75mm long butt hinges.One aluminium hasp and staple,50mm long, shall be provided as shown on drawing. 3mm thick glass of Modiguard shall be provided on the style and rails of 20mmx45mm, in section, wooden frame. 3mm thick 25mm wide and 40mm high key plate of mild steel, two in numbers, shall be provided at top of board.All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish

Item No. 04 : Chair Dining : Timber : All wood work shall be of first class hard wood (Teak). PVC Seat : 4x10 th. Ribs moulded along with seat in single piece. PVC seat 4mm thick with hole. Wt. of PVC seat is not less than 0.50kg. Ring : Hard PVC ring 20mm dia shall be screwed to the bottom of the leg. Polish : All exposed wooden surface shall be Melamine polished glossy finish. Rest : All as shown on drawing.

Item No. 05 : Chair Dining Officer : Timber : All wood work shall be of first class hard wood (teak). Foam : Seat shall be 75mm thick 32 density foam covered with leathrite foam. Plywood : Commercial plywood 12mm thick of ISI Make. Ring : Hard PVC ring 20mm dia shall be screwed to the bottom of the legs. Polish : All exposed wooden surface shall be Melamine polish glossy finish. Rest : All as shown on drawing.

Item No. 06 : Chair Easy: Timber : All wood work shall be 1 st class MP Teak wood well seasoned free from all defect and knots . Cane : Caning shall be of with 2.0mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane half round of superior quality white or cream colour woven to the pattern all as shown on the drawing and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Strengthening band shall be of 3.5mm wide plastic cane. Ring : Hard PVC ring shall be 20mm dia screwed to bottom of the legs.Polish : All expose wooden surface shall be Melamine polished glossy finish.Rest : All as per drawings

Item No. 07 : Charpoy IP Hard Top : Pipe: Square pipe 32mm sq. 1.6mm th. for legs , 65mmx25mm rectangular 1.6mm th for long rails and short rails, 25mm sq. Stiffeners under 12mm plywood and stiffeners between legs to the short side shall be used. 4mm th MS plate shall be welded at bottom of the legs . Plywood: 12mm plywood (BWP) grade ISI Marked for the top shall be fixed with round head nut &bolt. Finish: Black 7 stages pre treated Powder Coating as shown on drawing. Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TOP: 18 mm Pre laminate MDF Board exterior grade ISI Mark. Beading shall be 4mm teak wood fixed with head less nail. Shoes: Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided at bottom of legs.Polish: All expose wooden surface shall be Melamine polish glossy finish.Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Item No. 09 : Table Bed Side : Timber: First class hard wood (Teak). Board: 18 mm Pre laminate MDF board for top, sides and front of drawers beading shall be of 4mm thick fixed with head less nail. Plywood: 12mm plywood for side and back of the drawer , 6mm commercial plywood for bottom of drawer and back side of the table shall be used IS-303. Pipe: Leg frame shall be of 18mm sq. Conduit pipe of 18g with black powder coated. Polish: All expose wooden surface of shall be Melamine polish glossy finish. Rest: All as shown on the drawing.

Item No. 10 : Table Writing : Timber: First class hard wood (Teak). Top: 18 mm Pre laminate MDF board exterior grade IS-12823. 4mm Teak wood beading on expose edge of the board fixed with haad less nail Plywood: Back of the box and bottom of drawer 6mm commercial plywood and sides and back of the drawer and shelf 12mm commercial plywood as per IS-303. Polish: All expose wooden surface shall be Melamine polish glossy finish. Rest: All as shown on drawing.

Item No. 11 : Table Dressing Gents: Timber: First class hard wood (Teak). Board: 18mm Pre laminate MDF board exterior grade IS-12823. Beading shall be 4mm teak wood fixed with head less nail. Plywood: Back of box 12mm commercial plywood and back of the mirror 6mm commercial plywood. Mirror: 5mm mirror sheet glass Fitting: Mirror frame shall be fixed with Piano hinge and one no magnetic catcher. Polish: All expose wooden surface shall be Melamine polish glossy finish. Rest: All as shown on drawing.

Item No. 12 : Desk : Overall size shall be 1270 mm long. 530 mm wide and 840 mm high. Steel frame shall be of 1270 mm x 430 mm x 810 mm. Legs shall be four in numbers and shall be made in inverted U-shape and shall be made of 25 mm dia. mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm with front height as 760 mm and rear height of legs shall be 810 mm.Two short stiffeners 380 mm long joining legs in short side at 100 mm from bottom of legs and shall be provided of 25 mm dia mild steel tube of 1.6 mm wall thickness. A long stiffener joining the short stiffeners in the middle shall be provided with 1220 mm long and 25 mm dia tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm. Two 1220 mm long bearers shall be provided for the support of desk and shall be provided at 615 mm from bottom of legs. Desk shall be made of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board of natural teak veneer shade made as box with front side open and top sloping wijh PVC edging on front side irrespective of what is shown on drawing. The size of desk shall be 1220 mm x 530 mm and 70 mm high in front and 220 mm high at back. The back of desk shall be of 12 mm thick MDF board with teak veneer shade as directed by Engineer-in-charge with PVC edging allround irrespective of what is shown on drawing. Shoes: Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided at bottom of legs. Finish : All steel work and welded construction shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. Rest : All as per drawings and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Wooden clamps support of suitable size to be provided screwed with long rail and leg inner side for extra strength of beds as directed by Engr-in-Charge. One extra stiffener between short rails of legs to be provided of size 25 x 25mm thick in the middle of teapoy on the side short rail stiffener of both end to end Beading shall be 4mm teak wood fixed with head less nail. Shoes: Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided at bottom of legs. Polish: All expose wooden surface shall be Melamine polish glossy finish. Item No. 15 : Side Board : Timber: All wood work shall be 1 st class MP Teak wood well seasoned free from all defect and knots. Board: 18mm pre laminate MDF Board exterior grade ISI Mark for sides, top, shutter, shelf, and front of drawer beading shall be 4mm teak fixed with head less nail. Plywood: Back of the box and bottom of the drawer shall be of 6mm BWP plywood. Sides and back of the drawer shall be of 12mm BWP plywood. Fitting: Shutter shall be fixed with piano hinges Lock: Brasslock with four lever shall be provided to shutter. Knob: Chromium plated knob shall be provided to shutters and drawers. Polish : All exposed wooden surface shall be Melamine polish glossy finish. Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Item No. 16 : Sofa Set : All as shown on drawing. The set consist of one long piece of three seat and two small pieces of one seat each. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be of 70mmx35mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing. Wooden arm shall be made to shape out of 35mmx70mm in section teakwood. Front and side rails shall be of 35mmx100 mm in section teak wood. 40mmx40mm in section teak wood bearers shall be provided at the bottom of seat over which 50mmx20mm wooden battens, twenty one numbers, shall befixed equally spaced in the long piece meant to seat three. Back shall be made of frame of rails and styles of 70mmx35mm in section teak wood. The filling in the frame, thus made, shall be done with 14 numbers teak wood battens of 50mmx20mm in section fixed equally spaced in the long piece meant to seat three. 100mmx50mm teak wood rail shall be provided between back legs to support back frame. 100mm thick cushion of 'cool' foam of 32 density covered with best quality tapestry cloth shall be provided at seat as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 100 mm thick cushion of 'cool' foam of 32 density 530mmx500mm(three pieces) covered with best quality tapestry cloth shall be provided at back. Seven numbers, 50mmx20mm in section teak wood battens shall be fixed equally spaced in single piece seat. Back shall be made of frame of rails and styles of 70mm x35mm in section teakwood.The filling in back-frame of single piece shall be done with four numbers 50mmx20mmin section teak wood battens. The legs and the frame shall be made for single piece seat as provided for long piece to seat three. The seat and back shall be of 100 mm thick cushion of 32density of size 530mmx500mm. All wood surfaces exposed to view shall be Melamine polished with lacquer finish. Rest: All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 17 : Stool dressing : Timber : All wood work shall be 1 st class MP Teak wood well seasoned free from all defect and knots . Cane : Caning shall be of with 2.0mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane half round of superior quality white or cream colour woven to the pattern all as shown on the drawing and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Strengthening band shall be of 3.5mm wide plastic cane. Ring : Hard PVC ring shall be 20mm dia screwed to bottom of the legs. Item No. 19 : Table 3' x 3' : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 900mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of 800mmx800mmx742mm. Four legs shall be of 25mmsquare mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Legs shall be joined together with top rails of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board of teak veneer shade and provided with pve edging all around the table. Hard rubber/PVe toes shall be provided to bottom of legs. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces. Rest: All as shown on the drawing & as directed by Engr-in-charge

Item No. 21 : Table Cook : Overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of first cless hard wood teak. Legs shsall be out of 50mmx50mm section. Legs shall be 50mmx50mm at top and 40mmx40mm in section at bottom 25mmx75mm top rails shall be provided between legs connecting legs,25mmx40mm in section of cross braces shall be provided in the middle of top rails connecting sides and long rails. Two stiffeners 25mmx40mm in section shall be provided at bottom connecting short sides of legs.One long stiffener of section 25mmx40mm shall be provided at bottom in the middle of short stiffener. Top of table cook shall be of 18/19mm white marble in single piece with smooth edge.Surface shall be painted with two coats of high gloss synthetic enameled white paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Long, Brass lock 6 lever with SS Keys Paint :- All steel components shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel colour as approved by GE over a coat of steel primer after preparation of surfaces. REST: All as shown on the drawing& as directed by Engr-in-charge

Item No. 26 : Almirah Steel with Shelves : Sheet: MS sheet 1mm for Shutter, shelf, sides ,back and bottom shall be used. Fitting: Chromium plated handle with a three way locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. Brass lock 6 leaver. Legs : Legs shall be made of MS Sheet 1mm dimentions (100mm H and 100 mm W) Painting: Two coat of Spray painting over a coat of red primer. Rest: All as shown on the drawing & as directed by Engr-in-charge

Item No. 27 : Book Case Steel : Overall size shall be 840mm long,310mm wide and 1675mm.All sheet shall be mild steel sheet 1mm thick. Back, sides, bottom, top and shelves shall be of 1mm thick. The book case shall be provided with four compartment. The shutters of each compartment shall open towards top and slide into the depth of the book case. Two steel handles of 100mm long shall be provided to each shutter of the compartment. The locking device shall be provided to each compartment. All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces, shutter having glass of thickness 5.5mm.

Item No. 28 : Locker Bed Side Steel : Sheet: MS sheet 1mm for Shutter, shelf, sides ,back and bottom shall be used.Fitting: Chromium plated handle with a three way locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. Brass lock 6 leaver Painting: POWDER COATING:- All steel components shall be Pre Treated 7 stages Epoxy powder coating shall be done. Rest: All as shown on the drawing.

Item No. 29 : Chair Verandah : Pipe: The frame of chair shall be of 20 mm dia mild steel conduit of 1.6 mm thickness. Canning: Canning shall be done with superior quality half round 4 mm wide cane in mate pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shoes: PVC/hard rubber toes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. Finish: All steel work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over coat of red oxide primer. Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 30 : Charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top : Pipe: Conduit pipe 25mm dia 1.6mm th shall be used for frame, legs and stiffener under plywood and between the legs. Flats: 25x5mm flat iron shall be used for the folding system. 2 N0 110x120x5mm th Gusset plate rivet with frame and legs. Plywood: 8mm commercial plywood shall be fixed on top with 4mm dia nut and blot round head. Finish: All steel wok shall be black spray painting over a coat of red primer. Rest: All as shown on the drawing.

Item No. 31 : Rack side with Tray steel : All as shown on drg. Overall size 840mm long 350mm wide and 810mm high. Floour MS angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 3mm shall be provided as legs and shall be 810mm high. MS sheet 1mm thick shelves made to shape shall be welded to angle iron legs at 100mm from bottom and 50mm from top. Top shelf shall have three compartments or spaces equally spared with 50 mm high partition and back covered with MS sheet 1mm thick. Painting : 7 stages pre treated Powder Coating shall be done. Rest: All as shown on the drawing & as direc ted by Engr-in-charge

Item No. 32 : Table 3' x 2' without drawer : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long 600mm wide and 760mm high.Frame : The frame of table, legs, stiffeners and and top rails of table shall be made out of 25 MS square conduit of 1.6 mm trhick. TOP: 18mm pre laminate MDF board exterior grade for top with 4mm teak wood beading shall be fixed with head less nail. Shoes: Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided at bottom of legs. Finish : All steel work and welded construction shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. Rest: All as shown on drawing.

Item No. 33 : Table 3' x 2' with drawer : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long 600mm wide and 760mm high. Steel frame shall be of 800mmx500mmx742mm. Four legs shall be of 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness1.6mm top rails on long and short sides. Two short stiffeners joining legs in short sides at 10mm from bottom of legs shall be provided with 25mm mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm. one long stiffener shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners joining short stiffeners with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm at 100mm from bottom of legs. A drawer on left side of table near top stiffener shall be provided of size 350mmx130mm and 500mm deep with locking arrangement and recessed handle. Mild steel sheet used for drawer shall be of 1mm thick. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with teak veneer shade and pve edging aI-round the top oftable irrespective of what isshown and specified on drawing. PVC/hard rubber toes shall be provided to the bottom of legs. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Item No. 34 : Table Dining OR Steel : Pipe: The legs, frame and stiffeners of table shall be of 25 mm dia sqare steel conduit pipe of 1.6 mm wall thickness. Top: 18 mm thick plywood BWR grade covered with 22 guage aluminum sheet shall be used complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Shoes : Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided at bottom of legs. Finish : All steel work and welded construction shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. Rest : All as shown on drawing.

Item No. 35 : Table Tubular SS (1220 x 610mm) : All as shown on drawinq. Overall size shall be 1220mm long, 610mm wide and 760mm high. Legs shall be of 22.5mm dia and of 20 gauge steel tube bend to U shape on s~side. Two stiffeners on Longer side shall be provided of size 22.5mm dia and of 20 gauge steel tube. Top shall be made of 20mm gauge stainless steel sheet bent to shape as shown on drawing. All steel and iron surfaces, except stainless steel top, shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as dir.ected by Engineer-in ,charge. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Four hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided to the bottom of legs.

Item No. 36 : Teapoy Verandah : (a) Legs, stiffeners shall be of 20 mm dia mild steel conduit of 1.6 mm thick. Legs shall be made in 'U' shape provided at 50 mm from each end of long side 25 x 3 mm flat iron frame shall be welded on the top of conduit as shown on drg. (b) Top of the table shall be 18/19 mm prelam inated MDF board one side white face. (c ) All steel exposed surfaces to be painted with two coat of white enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Rest all as per drawing & as directed by Engr-in-charge

Item No. 37 : Trestle Store : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 2440mm long, 600mm wide and 300mm high. Two long angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of mild steel 19S0mm long shall be provided 520mm apart at bottom connected with 50mmx3mm flat iron bracing, four in numbers, and equally spaced with 50mmx50mmx6mm Tiron. Two flat iron mild steel bracing of 50mmx3mm shall be provided as a 'cross bracing' joining vertical T-iron provided at four equally spaced members of T-iron. Two long mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 2440mm long shall be provided at top.Two short mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 600mm length shall be provided at both the ends of trestle. Two numbers 50mmx50mmx6mm T-iron 600mm long shall be provided equally spaced joining two long angle iron. Four cross bracings at top shall be provided with 50mmx3mm mild steel flat iron bracing. Four mild steel flat iron struts shall be provided to each side of the trestle. Alljointing, welding and fixing shall be done inaccordance with standard workmanship. All steel and iron work surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces on exposed to view when placed in position. Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 38 : Ladder Step Aluminium : All as shown on drawing. Two aluminium stringers 60mmx31.75mm made in 'C' shape and 3.18mm thick aluminium shall be 2310mm long and joined together with aluminium rungs of aluminium conduit fluted pipe rungs ends bent to shape as shown on drawing. Eight aluminium rungs of aluminium conduit pipe of wall thickness not less than 2.43mm shall be equally spaced after leaving 150mm from bottom and top. Hard rubber cap/shoes shall be provided to bottom and top of aluminium stringers. Overall size of aluminium ladder shall be 231Omm long and 363.5mm wide. The clear space between the stringers shall be 300mm Rest : All as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 39 : Stool Revolving (Adjustable) Steel : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 51Omm diameter at bottom and 750mm high when in lowest position of adjustable seat. Four legs are made to shape with 25mm dia mild steel pipe with wall thickness as 1.6mm. the four legs are joined together to form inverted cup shape. The legs shall be joined by 12mm dia round mild steel bar at 150mm from bottom of legs by welding legs with the rings. The top at 535mm high of leg frame shall be provided with 100mm dia, 6mm thick mild steel plate through which 25mm dia threaded steel bolt shall be wheeled for adjustment for the height of seat of stool Two cast iron disc, made to shape, shall be provided one below the top 6mm thick mild steel plate and other at 100mm below the first disc. The discs shall have inward screw threading in such a way that 25mm dia threaded steel bolt 255mm long can move up or down by rotating the top seat.Four numbers 6mm dia bolts in each CI disc shall be provided for fixing the adjustment of seat in top cast iron disc. The 380mm dia padded seat cover shall be fixed on the 1OOmmdia, 6mm thick mild steel plate fixed with screws. 6mm dia air holes shall be provided in wooden seat only. The top of wooden seat shall have 20mm thick foam of 32 density over which a layer of 20mm cotton shall be placed and covered with best quality Hessian cloth at top and bottom of wooden seat. Rexene cover shall be fixed over top and turned inside at bottom of wooden seat as shown and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
