SCH 'A' Pt - IX (MISCELLANEOUS PARTS)

M & L for concealed point wiring for one light/bell or one ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one one way switch complete with and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable in & incl PVC Conduit pipe not less than 25mm dia (HMS type) suitable as per site reqmt, ISI marked with all accessories such as tee, bend, joint cover etc round / square blocks at junctions etc all as per site requirements including concealed steel terminal boxes for mounting of switches/ sockets/regulator etc and PVC FRLSH insulated & unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor, stranded 1.5 sqmm. cable as continuous earth lead connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and colour coding of cables such as Phase - Red, Neutral – Black, and Earth complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the quoted rate.)

M & L for point wiring for one switch 5/6 pin 5/15 Amps socket on independent board complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 2.50 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end including cost of cutting chase and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary plaster and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 with white wash/distemper/other paintings complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing modular plate with frame of 12 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB MCB TPN 63 Amp 415 Volt, `C' Curve, with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amp 230 Volt, `C' Curve, with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6-32 Amp 230 Volt, `C' Curve, with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacment of electric water heater storage type steel body with glasslead inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV connection pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edged of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galavanised iron earth lead by means of bolt, nut, check nut and washer of galavanised iron steel wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as shown in Electrical Plate No 4 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggreate, funnel, 20mm dia GI med grade water pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alterative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm including excavation and earth work pit cover including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not excessding 50m, complete testing on completion all complete as shown in electrical plate no-4 of SSR part No1 all as directed.

Supplying and fixing smart three phase four wire dual source prepaid energy meters BIS 15884 marked in existing meter board / florr panels with pre payment capacity touch keypad based digital having current range 10-60 Amp 415 Volt accuracy class 1.0 alongwith parallel home display split unit with inbuilt load control switch containing provision for TOD and RTC, inbuilt feature to sense the DG mode through PLSI, dual source registration wrt grid as well as DG supply and dynamic load allocation facility from grid and DG, capable to define for tariff slabs, happy hours and holiday definition.

Supply and fixing 20/25 watt LED building security light fittings including suitable bracket made out with 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade and nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair LED lamp 20 watt capacity suitable for 240 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing of meter box made out with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 75x60x30 cm with necessary arrangement for fixing on wall with 04 Nos hooks and necessary arrangement for incoming and outgoings cables with gland packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps concealed in wall complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps with thermal magnetic release and adjustable type of 25 Ka breaking capacity complete in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : MCCB should be fixed in existing LT Panel

S & F making hole for branch connection in existing CI/DI pipe line of any size suitable for 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.
