M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 07 as above but except bricks -ditto- Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No.6 above shall be re-used in this item.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 09 as above but except stones -ditto- Note:- Serviceable stones obtained from Srl item No.6 above shall be re-used in this item.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo including cement mortar bedding, removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 600mm x 6mm to 7mm thick, joint free (rectified)) on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for 18mm to 20 mm thick black granite stone slab with table rubbed and polished fixed horizontial or vertical set in 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm below or above ground floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) mass concrete as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor finished rough to receive tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 18 above but in dado / skirting laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured chemically treated interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 40mm thick uniformly levelled surface of sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 24 above but except sheets - ditto - Note:- Serviceable AC sheets obtained from Srl item No.24 above shall be re-used in this item.

S&F Asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with J / L bolts complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre- coated galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa (AZ150) as in roof covering/ clading to wall, including crimping sheet at end fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- coated galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile ridge steel sheet of 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa (AZ150) as in ridges, roof covering/ clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for appllying two coats of systhetic enamel paint over a coal of red oxide / zinc chrome surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described on new steel surfaces including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrurbed ground in concrete complete all as specified and directed

Excavating hard/dense soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance in exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild Steel as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type and specification including removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing with 4mm dia GI wire, with 75x75mm mesh weight not less than 1.75 Kg per sqm fixed to fencing post of any type complete all as specified and directed. Make:- TATA/SAIL/JINDAL

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bar 10 mm and over as in tightening of chain link fencing including cutting to shape, necessary drilling, bolting etc Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specicifed and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specicifed and directed. ( each line wire to be measured.

S&F wind ties format including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessay drilling bolting or riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specicifed and directed.

S&F MS framed work as in doors or gates designer type of any section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering confirming to Fe 290 (Gde E 165) . Door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including, either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specicifed and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer on new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for complete removal of existing treatment from walls including properly making of v shape crakes and filling of all crakes with crakes seal of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surace of walls / roof by brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint incl and washing floors, cleaning glass , joinery , electric fitting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make Asian ACE or equivalent make as approved by GE

M&L for preparation of old decorated surace of walls / roof by brooming down with steel wire brushes scraping down moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc and applying one coat of weather proof coat ( Apex paint) incl washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fitting etc complete all as specified and directed.Make Asian or equivalent make as approved by GE
