Material and labour for 120 mm dia DWC HDPE (Double wall corrugated pipe high density poly ethlyne pipe) of pressure 6 kgf /cm2for road crossing of cable or for cable protection laid in trenches or above ground surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core including fixing accessories like brass cable glands double compression type, lugs, nuts, bolts, washers etc including testing, jointing and commissioning after laid complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting of size 30 cm width x 45 cm depth for laying of cables including making good the road with necessary returning filling and bituminous portion with concrete and bituminous mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4 , 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) 100 mm bore with connecting accessories, laid under road/ drain/fixed on wall etc for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Silent Diesel Engine driven Generating set including suitable AMF pannel , 1500 RPM of capacity 125 KVA/, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volt, 0.8 PF, complete with control panel including integrated power coated acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations and duly certified by agencies/labs designated by CPCB for noise and sound pollution level, etc floor mounted including PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed and comprising of the following :- (A) DIESEL ENGINE (MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/GREAVES/ CUMMINS/ASHOK LEYLAND) of required capacity for driving 125 KVA alternator multi cylinder, vertical type, 4 stroke, water cooled, electric start conforming to IS for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hours complete:(i) Radiator, (ii) Radiator fan with guard, (iii) Flywheel with starter ring, (iv) Air cleoaner oil bath type, (v) Vacuum Indicator (vi) Governor class IA, (vii) Exhaust Silencer, (viii) Fuel filter & fuel hoses (ix) FIP (fuel injection pump), (x) Fan & water [imp assembly, (xi) Lub oil filter & pump, (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery, 120 AH, 12 Volts, DC as per manufacturers requirement including interconnecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch, voltmeter, etc - 01 Set (xiii) Engine Safety shut down system against low lub oil pressure & high water pressure, (xiv) Oil filter, (xv) Engine maintenance manual with spare parts list, (xvi) Suitably designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations

(B) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL digital type indicating the following :- (i) Starting swith on/off, (ii) Water temp gauge, (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator, (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge, (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter, (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure (C) ALTERNATOR (MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/CROMPTON/STEMFORD) shall be self excited, self regulated, bush less for 125 KVA/continous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volts, 50 Hz, three phase 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with + 1%, with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and conforming IScomplete- 01 No (D) Common fabricated base frame for engine & alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads as per the recommendation of the manufacture - 01 No (NOTE - Cost of suitable size of PCC foundation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor) (E) Bottom mounted steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity not less than 8 hrs continous operation, inside canopy, with fuel level gauge, drain plug, locking arrangements, etc, with & including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering proactice complete (F) CONTROL PANEL Control panel suitable for 125 KVA DG set shall be of standard type available with the DG set with the following accessories as under :- (i) Starting switch ON/OFF - 01 No, (ii) Water temperature gauge, (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator, (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge,(v) Lub oil temperature gauge, (vi) Battery charging meter

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of through GI light grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filling with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and including excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
