Dewatering/ Desludgeing of existing septic tank, manually or using mechanical appliances including removal of sludge to a distance not exc 1 KM out side of ministry of defence land at isolated places,capacity of 50 users complete all as specified and as directed :-inclduing excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m in dept in mud in fould poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manuyally / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. After complete cleaning of septic tank the manhole cover shal be re-fixed in same position with CM 1:4 and bleaching powder spread on top surface of septic tank @ 1 Kg per septic tank complete all as specified and directed at site complete all as specified and directed.. Note : Item shall be operated when septic tank are over flowing with sludge. This aspect shall be verified by AGE (I) Pachamrhi in respect of every septic tank before allowing the contractor for cleaning of the same.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:4) using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in Man hole channel and surface drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for Forming fair finished channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound on fair faces brick work or concrete surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying only integral water proffing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing reinforced SSGW/PVC pipe of 150 mm dia bore laid and jointed with cement jointed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist channel angle or tee section of FE 410 w Gde 250 quality A fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for plates (plain or chequerred) channels square cut or nitched (ordinary and counter sunk of FE 410 W Gde 250 quality A forming holes without any attachement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement conrete 1:3:6 type C-2 around 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforcement) in ground floor on paving n exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with solvent cement fixed to walls incluidng clamping complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but bore of pipe 110 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door any radius with solvent cement joints, fixed to complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 above but bore of pipe 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) junction single, single (T) equal or unequal with access door, joints with solvent cement,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but bore of pipe 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) nahani trap/floor trap with grating having diameter of outlet 75 mm including joining to waste pipe with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) vent cowl including taking out existing unserviceable cowl complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen and wc (any type) by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewer lines of any dia in any position by rodding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of scurbs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

Cutting in to existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia pipe 150 mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trench in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for sewage line, manhole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n.exc.1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above but depth exc. 1.50m but not exc 3.00m from GL complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofts, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slabs of manholes, cover slab set in CM 1:4 side portion only with plain surfaces including necessary form work (reinforcement to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made SFRC MH cover with frame confirming to IS 12592-2002 HD 20 grade of size 750 mm circular or rectangular sorrounded with steel grip 70 x 1.5 mm reinforced shall as per relevent IS and laid over man holes brick work or concrete in CM 1:4 including reiforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizointal or slooping) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT HYSD reinforcement bar 6 to 8 mm dia including all cutting bending,binding,cracking,placing and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out (desiting) silt brick bats, deris,liquid waste sludge in solid semi-solid state from manhloles upto 1.00 m depth incl pumping the flow in the drain if necessary plugging, diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and stacking the removed slit away from the edges of manholes as directed incl use of safety balts dirty cell tourch for lighting inside the manholes and taking similar precautionarty measure and remioving the sludge to a distance excesding 50m and not exceeding 250m and leaving the manhloles cleaned and flushed with water etc incl taking out and refixing the manholes covers incl. setting in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36 above but manholes exc 1.00 m but not exc 2.50m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil)to a distance of 1km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming and layers n exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil etc,complete all as specified and directed.
