Supply and fill unused mineral insulating oils conforming to IS 335: 2018, Type II Class (Transformer oils), Uninhibited (U), pour point -10⁰C, vacuum filtered in a laboratory, Breakdown voltage of min 70 kV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Filtration, Dehydration, reconditioning of transformer oil by using filtering equipment, vacuum dehydrator etc. to obtain minimum break down voltage of 60 kV and maximum water content of 30 mg/kg as per IS 1866: 2017 and IEC 60422: 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Porcelain Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto500 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and provision of pad type bus bar almuminium of approppiate size /capacities of transformers with nut bolt & washers.

S & F in repairs HT side 36 kV/ 250 A bushing with copper stem including both porcelain parts and metal parts upto 500 KVA distribution transformer with accessories as per IS 3347 Part 5 (section 1 & 2) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, all unserviceable gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor transformer 33/11 KV of capacity upto 500 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note. The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers etc.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Silica Gel Breather assembly including vent pipe and Silica Gel for outdoor transformers, capacity upto 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 25 mm dia gunmetal drain valve of transformer as per existing one along with iron wheel head,screwed both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for servicing of 33 kV gang operated air break switch, any type (horizontal or vertical) by cleaning the contact, greasing, applying petroleum jelly at the contact point, checking serviceability and including replacement of heavy duty brass jaw and blade set, copper strip set, lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, aluminium thimbles, jumpers, all as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (1) The cost for replacement of brass jaw, blade set, copper strip set, lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, aluminium thimbles, jumpers, lubricating materials, etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for the item.

M& L for servicing of 11 kV gang operated air break switch, any type (horizontal or vertical) by cleaning the contact, greasing, applying petroleum jelly at the contact point, checking serviceability and including replacement of male and femalle contact set, copper strip set, lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, aluminium thimbles, jumpers, all as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (1) The cost for replacement of brass jaw, blade set, copper strip set, lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, aluminium thimbles, jumpers, lubricating materials, etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for the item.

Material & Labour for painting of transformer installed on plinth on plinth structures at various site of capacity 500 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of transformer installed on indoor type at various site of capacity 100 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : - (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Material & Labour for replacement of jumper/bus bar made of ACSR conductor of existing size on HT 2/4 pole structure having 3 incoming/outoing feeder including bus bar with PVC sleeve , lugs , nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2 coat of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces of HT 2 pole structure (Angle Iron/MS channel /MS clamp etc) including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2 coat of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces of HT 4 pole structure (Angle Iron/MS channel /MS clamp etc) including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 2/4 pole HT structure , outside area of HT/LT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement in repair of of broken earth pit as per specified size made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 20 mm and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers etc as required at site with testing result. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil (soft/losse soil) for foundation of transformer etc and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in,.Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified and directed. Note:-punned thickness only measured for payment.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 2, flat shape, dimension 450 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 100 mm bore GI Pipe light grade with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to MS wire fencing including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill in replacement silica gel in breather of transformer complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix drop out fuse for 11 kV line, 3.5 to 20 A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only pressure sensitive adhesive plasticized PVC tapes with non-thermosetting adhesive, designation F-PVC/90/0/Tp, general purpose application for electrical insulation, plasticized poly vinylchloride backing material, thickness 0.125 mm, width 25 mm, length 20 metre all as per IS 7809 (Part 3/section 1): 1986 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loose filling with broken stone or boulder aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, on open space etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for tap changer off load type suitable for transformer of capacity 100 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for tap changer off load type suitable for transformer of capacity 500 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement 32 x 6mm galvanised iron strip for earth continuity conductor for earthing of transformer , GOD , 4/6 pole , structure etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of UNSV HT tubular pole after taking down ACSR conductor , insulators cross arms including demolition ofold PCC upto ground level etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire aromoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded condutor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip and overall PVC sheathed 11000 volts grade (earthed) of cross sectional area of size 120 sq mm 3 core including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F XLPE cable end termination, cold shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 33 Kv (Earthed), 3 core, 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 150 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repair for disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers of HT overhead line at cut point/ at two pole/ four pole structure of any size any length as per existing after removing binding wire connector of AB switch/DO fuse unit, replacement of old jumper with the new ACSR conductor (Mink/ Dog conductor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) Jumpers Including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length including new binding wire connectors suitable for AB switch/DO fuse unit, with providing conducting jelly complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: -Each Jumper to be measured separately)

M & L for hot dip galvanized stay strands of grade I, 7 Nos wires construction, wire diameter 3.15 mm, nominal strand diameter 9.45 mm, heavy zinc coating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for loop type insulator (porcelain guy strain insulator), large size, with overall dimensions 140 mm X 90 mm, cable hole dia 25 mm, creepage distance 57 mm, minimum failing load 88000 N, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, Designation C as per IS 5300: 1969 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for trimming of branches of trees touching HT Electric over head line and making clear about 3 m in radius and carrying and disposal where directed not exceeding 50 m complete all as directed. Note :- Vehicle and other T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at own cost.

Material and labour in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 5 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 50mm bore embaded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The wiriting matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour writing in Hindi, English and in local language of the Darjeeling District and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for High Tension/11000 voltage lines/poles of size 25 x 20 cm complete as per IE Rules 1956-para 35 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing incoming & outgoing connections and repair, overhauling and maintenance of VCB, 33 KV as per existing, vertical isolation, installed with receiving, distribution system and capacitor bank including checking of different functional parts and setting/ calibration of VCB installations complete all as specified and directed including the followings: - (a) checking the protection system calibration of triple pole overload/earth fault relay with all three phase, trip supervision relay, lock out under voltage relay & outgoing. (b) checking the alarm system with hooter and reset push button system and auxiliary alarm cancellation relay system. (d) checking the metering system and replace the same if required as site requirement for ammeter & voltmeter with selector switch, frequency meter, indicator LED lamps for ON / OFF flushed with front of panel on incoming & out going sides. (e) checking the operation of manual charging of the system button for ON/OFF. (f) checking motor operated spring stored energy trip and closing coil system. (g) checking auxiliary switching system for manual charging & all metering equipments. (h) checking the CT coils & replace the same if required for proper functioning. (i) checking the potential transformer fitted on top of the VCB along with metering equipments and functioning and reconnect the same with as per site requirements. (j) checking the DC wiring system & battery bank and repair and replace the same as per site requirement. (k) Dusting/cleaning by smooth brushing or dry cotton and lubricating of movable mechanism suitably with oil/grease and painting with enameled paint by scrapping the rusted surface and replacement of unserviceable/ burnt out/worn out spare parts with new one as per existing make including taking down/dismantling of existing unserviceable spares parts of VCB/Capacitor Banks all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (l) Testing after repair/ maintenance as per OEM's instructions. Note: - (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of required T & P for including servicing, overhauling, calibration and testing etc. (ii) The new spare parts required for replacement excluding wiring, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket etc. shall be paid and measured separately as as S & F in repairs. (iii) Servicing, overhauling, calibration and testing etc. shall be carried out as per the Manufacturer’s instructions/ guideline and by the authorised of the manufacturer and the necessary literature shall be made available to the department. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of these aspects.
