Supply and Fix flush mounting factory made Vertical FP MCCB DB, IP-42 Protection -IK 09 with metal double door with 200 Amps rated copper busbar with 2 neutral bar, earth bar and cables ties for cable management fully insulated bus bar with set of wires and door earthing with provision of sapce for 100-125 Amps MCCB as incomer and SP/ SPN MCBs as out going 4 way complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TPN DB with provision for MCB TPN as incomer and SP/ SPN MCBs as outgoing made of steel sheet phosphatised powder coated with bus bar, neutral link earth bar and DIN Rail having IP 42-IK 09 with metal door capacity 4/6 ways 415 V, connection with aluminium/ copper lugs including civil/ plastering work for make up good the disturbed surface matching with existing surface complete all as directed.

S&F MCCB 4-pole, 415 volts, in the existing panel/ location and connection with using aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed for 150 Amps rating, 25 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type,160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/ stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 'C' series including connection with suitable size aluminium/ copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 'B' series including connection with suitable size aluminium / copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of 4 poles/ TPN and current carrying capacity 63 Amps in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning capacity & connection complete.

M&L for Sub main wiring in repairs with two runs of single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 6 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, drawn in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit of not less than 25mm dia including one run of PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed 6.0 sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC FRLSH insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6.00 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

M&L for Sub main wiring in repairs with two runs of single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, drawn in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit of not less than 25mm dia including one run of PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed 4 sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC FRLSH insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 4.00 sqmm cable, one run of 4.00 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 50mm bore in short lengths, to walls/ poles/ pillers including cutting, chasing and fixing one end on walls/ pillers/ in ground for garden light fittings/ gate light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core, cross sectional area lay trenches/ wall/ poles/ ducts/pipes or through sleeve etc including connecting/ jointing with lugs and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core, cross sectional area lay trenches/ wall/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeve etc including connecting/ jointing with lugs and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core, cross sectional area lay trenches/ wall/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeve etc including connecting/ jointing with lugs and testing all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard/ dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L of earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtrs below level ground, connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts checks nuts and washers made of GI earth wire protected by GI pipe 40mm bore, medium grade and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type-B, over slab 30cm x 30cm x 10cm with one lifting handle made of 8mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore GI or steel pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES schedule Part-I and testing after completion.

Supply assembly, erection, testing commissioning of indoor wall mounted panel frame size of 980mm x 1254mm x 325mm mounted cubical type factory made wall mounted LT panel board including 3 Phace electric meter 40 to 60 Amps suitable for 415V 3 phase 4 wire, 50HZ non-metalic kiosk single door with the required provision for 3 switch gears and control gears along with the approved make. Enclosed in a modular/ combinable thermoplastic polycarbonate panel enclosure which should be shock proof, IP65 (weather proof), rust proof, dust proof, water proof, corrosion proof having internally embadded gasket polyurethin material on the lid and cable entry knockouts on all sides or using cable entry flanges of size 300 x 300 x 170mm required of the LT panel including Two comparment for fixing of 01/02 Nos three phase meter and MCB and porviding glass view for reading of meter complete fabrication shall be painted as per specification. Wall mounted LT panel board shall be complete with all standard accessories factory made with OEM manufacturing certificate & the type tests report as per CPRI with the following test- degree of protection of system, temperature rise limit, dielectric properties, short circuit with stand strength, effectiveness of protective circuit, clearance and creepage distance, mechanical operation accordance with IEC 60 439-1 including selector switches, phase indicating lamps control fuse unit, MV danger notice plate numbered/ lettered and with comprising the following:-

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of aluminium roof and down conductors of size 25 x 3mm thick fixed on insulators/ saddles of suitable size all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of Test terminal point block made of gun metal or phosporous bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia screws all as specified

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specifed and directed

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium sub-main wiring any type and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down existing single/ three phase electric Meter any capacity of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connection and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No-III Mhow complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Exhaust/wall fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No-III Mhow complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single phase electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10- 60 Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH and writting the MES Number with synthetic enamel paint and taking down of old u/s gysher & deposit to MES store complete all as specied and as directed.

Supply and fix three phase electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 415 V, 10- 60 Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH and writting the MES Number with synthetic enamel paint and taking down of old u/s gysher & deposit to MES store complete all as specied and as directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area), single core, PVC insulated with multistranded PVC unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable in and including rigid non- metallic PVC concealed conduit of suitable size medium grade ISI marked complete, including one continuity earth wire of PVC FRLSH insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLSH copper conductor connected to all fittings, common earth and connected to earth dolly including modular metal flush box, cover plate and cover frame of suitable size all fittings and accessories and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) One light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specied and as directed

Supply and fix Wall fan, AC single Phase. 230V of size 400mm sweep 1350RPM air delivery 65CMM 55W with, blades, and frame with necessary accessories and electrical connections from ceiling rose to wall fan teriminal including writting the MES Number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2 TR. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commis-sioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity.40/80 Ltr.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour (or nearest size). Plastic/ PVC Body. complete with all accessories. Make : Havells Cat Part No GHRACBJWX8 Model Celia-P or equivalant approved.
