Dismantling/ Taking down of existing street light and switching system Supply, fixing, connecting and testing of Automatic Street light switch using infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights, Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. Required illumination level for switching on is 30 lux and for switching off 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility for 4 - 12 hours. The sensor alongwith suitable power contactor, incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall moutaed enclosure made out of Rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-65, The circuit should be suitable enough to take 8 kw single phase load with contactor 63 Amps conforming to IEC-60947-4-1/IS-13947-4-1 & incoming and outgoing MCBs of rating 63 Amps conforming to IEC-60898/IS-8828 and circuit wiring of minimum 16sqmm coper conductor wire in and including providing of 50x6mm flat iron clamp, necessary nuts and bolts complete incl taking down of existing arrangement all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Supply, fixing and connecting PVC insulated, round,sheathed, multicore, industrial flexible cable with bright annealed copper conductor, 1100 volts grade cable of size 1.5sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix junction box made out of polycarbonate with IP 55/IP 65 protection of size 200 x 160 x 98 mm, 5 way having terminals for termination of cable with necessary nuts and bolts ,Make - Hansal including -02 Nos polycarbonate cable gland Make :Hansal, 01 Nos DIN rail for mounting of MCB and 01 No, MCB SP, 10 KA, 6 Amps Make - Legrand in and including fixing clamp of FI 50 x 6mm with necessary nuts and bolts complete in and including taking down of existing u/s junction box of any type all as directed.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore, medium grade, 1.5 metre long bent to shape as directed, including suitable MS clamp of F.I. 50 x 6mm with MS bolts, nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint complete inclduing taking down u/s bracket all as specified

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of size 50 mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia of Make;-Telerex/Tirupati/ Prince/ Supreme approved by GE

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable providing with a layer 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying, jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying the Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M/L for Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI Tubes, light grade of size 40mm bore with clamp of 25x3 flat iron welded to pipe fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note . 1. Contractoror shall provide min two team of 2x helper & 01xElectrician daily along with one vehicle vehicle, ladder, petrol operated branch/tree cutting machine, saftey belt, multimetre, rain coat, paitns etc to execute work on urgent basis from date of commencement to till date of completion of work.otherwise recovery of Rs 3000.00 per day will be revered from the RAR. 2. 100 % of Material related to item No. 3 to 9 shall be procured and placed at site/store by contractor within 45 days from the date of commencement of work otherwise after 45 days recovery of Rs 1000.00 per day will be deducted from RAR. 3. For srl Item no. 3 to 6 Contrator shall provide 5 year replacement warranty cerificate alongwith cat part No. from company at the time of sample approval. Without warranty certificate sample canot be approved.
