Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for one year and break down attendance including manning and operation of central air conditioinging plant as mentioned here in after, round the clock ,24x7 and 365 days. All checks and periodical services and preventive maintenance of plants as specified and recommended by the respective manufacturers in adddition if any installed at 24 MMPU complete with replacement of defective parts during breakdowns, consumables and necessary tools & plants as requrired etc. The plant operator shall maintain desired temp. and humidity as specified here in after. (A) Central Air conditioning plant ( Air cooled type) with Hydronic Module, 2×54 TR (54 TR Main + 54 TR Stand by). The details of major components, servicing / major repairs done since installation are given in relevant Sch A notes.), Make: Carrier. The AC plants shall be inspected and serviced once in 3 months by authorised service engineer of OEM i.e., Carrier. A detailed inspection / service report shall be submitted to the GE/Eng-in-Charge after every Visit of authorized service engineer of the OEM. In case of repair/ breakdown, rectifaction shall be attended & Plant shall be made functional with in 72 hours from the time of reporting the complaint in the complaint register specifically maintained for this purpose. Attendance of repairs and servicing of main plant (High end equipment) is to be carried out by authorised service engineer of OEM only. However, other components of Low end equipment can either be serviced and repaired by authorised service engineer of OEM or qualified technician locally avaialable . The definition of main high end and low end equipment is as per relevant Schedule A notes. 2 The AC plants are to be manned and operated 24x7 through out the contract period with one techincian/trademen in each shift, 3 shifts per day, having minimum qualification criterion given in relevant Schedule A notes.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for one year and break down attendance of DG sets as mentioned here in after including periodical services, B-Check/ C- Checks falls during currency of contract and preventive maintenance checks as specified in PS clause enclosed by OEM installed at 24 MMPU complete with replacement of defective parts during breakdowns, consumables as requrired etc (a) DG Set 250 KVA, 3 Phase ,Make- sterling DG sets, Engine Model - Volvo Penta TAD 754GE, and Alternator Model No- Leroy Somer LSA.46.2V L12, with AMF Panel - 01 No. (b) DG Set 320 KVA, 3 Phase ,Make- sterling DG sets, Engine Model - Volvo Penta TAD 1351GE, Alternator Model No-Leroy Somer, with AMF Panel - 01 No, Note:- 1. The scope of AMC service incldudes maintenance of serviceabilty and supply of healthy DG power supply till the point of AMF Panel out put switch gear. Beyond the point shall be maintained by MES. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for critical spares on shelf recommeded by OEM for uninterupted serviceability of DG sets. 3. The vendor will ensure Quarterly inspection by OEM or authorizied agent and ensure servicing of DG sets as recommeded by OEM and report to this effect shall be produced to GE/AGE E/M soon after every inspection. 4. Minor repairs/maintenance or breakdown attendance can be carried out either by OEM or by deploying any skilled technician. However the spares replaced and workman ship must be acceptable and certified by OEM during the periodical inspections. 5. The operator/ techincian deployed at sl.item No. 1 above will also maintain operation of stand by DG and maintain log sheet specified in relevant PS clause and ensure daily checks of DG sets as mentioned here in after.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for one year of fire fighting system with fire alarm & fire detection system installed at AFS Gwalior including routine maintenance and periodical services as specified here in after in relevant PS clause and schedule -A notes and attendance of unlimited break down calls all as directed.(a) Main fire hydraunt pump electric driven 100 Hp, Make-Kirloskar -01 No. (b) Fire pump Diesel engine driven 100 Hp, Make-Kirloskar -01 No. (c) Jockey pump electric driven 12.5 Hp, Make-Kirloskar -01 No. (d) Sprinkler pump electric driven 100 Hp, Make-Kirloskar -01 No. (e) Fire Hydraunts installed around the bldg - 27 Nos. (f) Fire control panels, Make - schrack -02 Nos (g) Fire smoke/ heat detectors , Make-Schrack -63 Nos. ((h) Fire sprinklers pendent type , Make- schrack - 193 Nos. Note:1.Detailed specifications of equipements / devices and periodical maintenances are described in schedule A notes and particular specifications enclosed. 2. The comprehensive maintenance includes attending unlimited breakdown and spares of repair / replacement for satisfactory automatic operation of complete fire fighting system on occrance of fire instances. 3. The contractor may obtain local expertise/ skilled technician for repair / maintenace of Fire fighting Pumps, Diesel Pumps and detectors etc, however the spares shall be obtained from the orginal manufaturerers. 4. A monthly testing in presence of user rep for satisfactory automatic operation of fire fighting system. Certificate to this effect duly signed by users shall be submitted to GE/Eng-in-Charge. failing which the item shall not be considered for payment. 5. The contractor shall arrange quarterly visit by OEM for Automatic fire control panel inspection (Make- Schrack) and certify the performance of panel.
