Material & Labour for PCC 1: 3: 6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) & grouting in cement mortar 1:4 for making good road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

S&F in renewal for 50mm dia gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes complete at any location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in renewal for 200mm size CI non return valve (NRV) conforming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in renewal for 150mm size CI non return valve (NRV) conforming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal for 200mm size CI Foot Valve ISI marked with Half round Double GM flap and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal for 300mm dia cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/2000, ISI Mark with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts at any location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of valve chambers of size 1.0 x1.0 x 1.0 internal dimentions with 150 mm thick foundation of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate), 230 mm thick brick masonary wall with sub class 'B' bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick plastering to brick masonary in cement mortar internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) valve chamber having coller frame size 1.0 x 1.0 x 1.0 made of mild steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel sheet framed by 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron having 02 Nos cross 'X' support fixed with coller frame by mild steel hinges - 02 Nos, locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of alluminium enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including neccessary earth work, excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 31 here-in-before but of size 1.2 M x 1.2 M X 1.2 M (Internal Size).

Providing JCB Loader to manage the breakdown and otherwise Excavation, shifting of pipes, and balancing work at any time in round the clock complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minimum hiring time not less than 3 Hrs

M&L for rectification of joint leakage of CI/DI pipe line incl excavation, return filling, leadwool, lead pig, tyton Joint, 'D' Joint, MS Clamp and short piece of CI/DI pipes as required at site etc of size 300 to 400 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will have to make arrangement for T&P, drain out/ pump out water, cutting of road/ path/culvert shall be make good as per original existing without any extra cost.

All as per item No. 34 above but of size 200 to 250 mm dia pipe.

All as per item No. 34 above but of size 100 to 150 mm dia pipe.

All as per item No. 34 above but of size 80 mm dia pipe.

Repair to leakage of existing GI pipe line 15 mm to 20 mm bore in any positions (joints, fittings etc) on wall, roof, floor etc including renewal of GI fittings such as tee, sockets elbows, unions nipples, reducers etc incl necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) GI Pipe off size and Earth work for renewal of GI Pipe shall be measured and Paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.
