Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description including quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use & waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:4) Mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying a coat of 1.5 mm thick Birla wall care putty as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping, wire brushing from old walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof exterior paint over a coat of primer and putty where required on wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm width and girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, of any thickness, including snap grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 25mm dia drapery rod (Poles, finials, ring & bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing plain sheet glass 4mm thick, glazing in aluminium frames and MS pre coated frames, area not exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Easing of door shutters, window shutters, kitchen cupboard shutters, show case shutter, drawers including fixing of screws for easy closing / opening and tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts with new screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position suspended false ceiling using GI exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38x24mm (0.25mm thick) of central black line / black groove, Cross Tee 27mmx24mm(0.25mm thick) of central black line / black groove and Angle 22mm x 24mm (0.4mm thick) & including Supply and fixing 4mm thick (high pressure stream cured) pre-painted self-embossed, reinforced designer cement board (Ivory) with texture of size 595 x 595mm including conforming to IS 14862-2000 to be placed in a grid if gI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia galvanized iron /mild steel bar hanger fixed with steel dash fastener or iron purlins from the roof with adjustment clip. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1200mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runner @600mm C/C, so as to firm 600mm x 600mm grid etc., complete all as specified and directed.
