Material and labour for cancealed sub main wiring with 2 run single core PVC insulated-unsheathed 6 Sq mm stranded FRLS copper conductor cable (ISI marked) & 1 run single core PVC insulated-unsheathed 6 Sqmm stranded FRLS copper conductor cable (ISI marked) for earth continuity, drawn in & including not less than 25 mm dia rigid PVC conduit medium grade with fittings on wall surface complete including taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and size all as specified and as directed. (one length of 2 run of 6 Sqmm conductor cable, 1 run of 6 Sqmm conductor earth continuity cable & PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length). Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the cost of cutting charges of walls for conceated wiring, making good the dirturbed surfaces and to match with the existing surfaces all as directed.

Materials & labour in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, passing through GI pipe with aluminium conductor stranded polyethylene insulated, conductor served with and including sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed and end termination kit of suitable size out door, cold shrinkable type complete including taking out unserviceable UG cable with jointing kit all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, passing through GI pipe with aluminium conductor stranded polyethylene insulated, conductor served with and including sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathedand end termination kit of suitable size out door, cold shrinkable type complete including taking out unserviceable UG cable with jointing kit all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil (loose/ hard) not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for foundation of pole, laying under ground cables etc and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning filling in with the earth obtained from above item including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers and not exceeding 25 cm in layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as directed.

M & L sand filling in trenches for cable cushioning with clean, dry and unwashed sand free from sharp particles including gently punning around cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all as specified.

M & L of GI pipe light grade 80mm dia bore with all fittings and fixed complete to wall, to pole or laid in trenches and road crossing complete including taking down old corroded GI pipe of any size, type and place all as directed.

Cutting the existing bituminiuos road/hard standing to size not exc. 0.45 m X 0.90 mtr and depth not less than 45 cm for passing of UG Cable crossing and making good the disturbed surface as per its original specification complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing of MCCB 160 Amp, 36 kA, four pole, 415 Volts, AC, (Ics=100% Icu), fixed thermal & magnetic setting with extended terminals including sheet metal enclosure of the same make including Pannel fittings/wall/pole mounting arrengments i.e. clamp, Bolt & nut, washers etc. with proper lugs and connections complete including taking down old unserviceable MCCB of any type and size all as specified and directed.

Stretching of ACSR conductor, HT over head line/four pole structure of three wire run conductor comprising of any size on existing pole after opening from insulator by taking out of binding wire and refixing the same with suitable size of binding wire upto permissible sag after restringing including removing and restring of stay GI wire comprising of any size at pole mounted transformer at sub stn.

Material and Labouring for Cable jointing kit for 1100V LT cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 240 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning drop out fuse unit 200 Amps capacity, suitable to 3 phase HT 33 KV system, explusion outdoor type suitable for vertical installation, fuse link consisting of galvanised channel iron base four insulator per phase complete with fuse carrier, bakelite fuse with heavy tinned nonferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphorus bronze contact manufactured as per relevant IS/BIS specifications with suitable fuse element with hylem tube to secure the fuse wire complete including taking down unserviceable DO fuse unit all as specified and as directed.

M & L disc insulator single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 33000 volts including galvnised mild steel straps of size 31X 3 mm, 145mm height and 255 mm dia, insulator bolts, washers and nuts etc complete including taking down old unserviceable disc insulators all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing HT bushing suitable for 33 KV grade with gasket set for transformer upto 200 KVA capacity complete including taking down old unserviceable HT bushing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Low voltage bushing of 33KV volts grade with gasket suitable for transformer 200 KVA capacity complete including taking down old unserviceable low voltage bushing all as specified and as directed.

M & L replacement of breather with fresh filling of silica gel 0.5 Kg capacity in non metallic transparent enclosure for transformer upto 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Low Voltage brass studs with brass nuts, check nuts, washers etc including spindle complete for 33/0.433 KVA transformers upto 200 KVA complete including taking down old unserviceable Low Voltage Brass Studs all as directed.

Supply & fixing High Voltage brass studs with brass nuts, check nuts, washers etc including spindle complete for 33/0.433 KVA transformers upto 200 KVA complete including taking down old unserviceable High Voltage Brass studs complete all as directed.

M & L Preparation of old painted surface of transformers of capacity from 25 KVA to 500KVA, 33KV, spraying paint with two coats of synthetic enamell paint including writing SM/MES Nos with approved colour paint letters, not less than 30mm high complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Filtration, decarbonisation and dehydration of insulating oil of transformer in position without disrupting power supply to achieve required dielectric breaking strength of transformer oil 45 KV per min and filling up new transformer oil conforming to IS-335 toping up to meet desired quantity of capacity of transformer oil including testing and tabulate test result complete all as specified and as directed. (Transformer oil will be measured and paid separate under relevant items).

S & F offload changeover switch - AC-21 in sheet metal enclosure, heavy duty, 320 Amps, four pole, 415 Volts AC, 50 Hz with side handle including connectins complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing for feeder pillar box with galvanised cast iron earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate placed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 50mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body, LT feeder pillar box, and neutral of transformer with the including flat iron clamp 25 x 3 mm including bolts, nuts & washers complete. The earthing includes PCC pit, RCC cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I. Note :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 15mm bore medium grade GI protection Pipe (7.5 Meters long) for earth strip any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by 25% . (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthning will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge. (iii) Necessary earth work includes cost of quoting rate. No extra cost will be paid for excavation, returning, removing and levelling etc.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made, CPRI approved outdoor type LT panel board with necessary bus bar arrangement with insulated Aluminium busbar of 200 Amps ratings installed on fiber insulators housed in seperate bus chambers covered with heat shrinkable sleeve with necessary bus bar taping, copper controlled wiring of required size, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-55 class protection and made of 3 mm CRCA mild steel sheet with 40x40x6mm angle iron frame, hinged doors, grovt opening and locking arrangement and powder coated on out side and inside including provision of PCC platform 100mm thick with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate one meter around the panel board, cable gland and lugs for incoming and out going cable etc. and to be accommodate the with the following accessories, including accessories also space to be provided in the panel all as specified and as directed :- (a) 4 Nos bus bar rating 200 Amps and fixed on heavy duty rubberised / porcelain support=01 Set. (b) MCCB 315 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 kA -01 No (Incoming). (c) MCCB 200 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 36 kA-01 No (Outgoing). (d) MCCB 160 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 16 kA-01 No (Outgoing). (e) Meter combination to rated voltage 0-500 Volts and currents 0-125 Amps in three phase system Digital type –01 No. (f) Capacitor bank 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 hz AC 10 KVAR-Set of three.
