M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm and testing on completion including taking out old unserviceable cable jointing kit complete all as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning Outdoor Type Compact Sub- Station (CSS) having 11 KV, 630A VCB, 100 KVA Copper Wound Off-Circuit Transformer & LT Side comprising of the following below mentioned accessories complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) HT Section :- 11kV, 630A, Horizontal Draw Out VCB with Manual/230V AC Motor Operated Spring Charging Mechanism with 24V DC Closing /Opening Shunt trip coils, Aux. Switch, Mechanical On/Off Push Button, mechanical Operating Counter with metering 1 No CT, PT, IDMT, Cubical Auxiliary Relay, 8 Window Annunciator Model No. SI-801, Battery Power Pack with 7AH Battery & in built charger for 24V Circuit. M & L, in replacement, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtrs as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR par - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal ( for LT Panels). Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV type-1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 13,851.00 to be deducted during AOC
