Replacement of existing unserviceable/damaged part/portion of the existing feeder pillar box/ panel boards with supply and fixing new part or portion fabricated out of 3 mm thick MS sheet in position including making necessary adjustments and alignments to make the existing feeder pillar box/panel board body to required shape and size(s) and MS sheet painted both sides with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with necessary filler coating complete all as specified ant directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable voltmeter/Ammeter of any description and in any position and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 3 phase digital electronic voltmeter class I, any range matching with in built selector switch, suitable for LT 415 Volts 50Hz AC supply, flush pattern, square type, 96mm x 96 mm with adopter complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable Phase indicator lamps and supply, fixing, connecting and, testing LED type Phase indicator lamp with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using suitable size copper cables wires and lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of steel/LT panel boards/feeder pillar boxes of size upto 1000mm x 1100mm x 450mm of any description & any position including removing disintegrated/detoriating part of paint and applying filler coat to obtain smooth surfaces and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine to obtain smooth finish to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per items No 7 here-in-before but of size above 1000mm x 1100mm x 450mm less than 1300mm x 1450mm x 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT XLPE/PVC insulated Aluminium conductor cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down existing protection pipe etc, for the following sizes from ducts / trenches / poles /pipes etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) 16 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm, 4 or 3 ½ core

(b ) 50 to 95 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(c) 120 to 240 Sqmm, 3 ½ core Note:- Excavation and earth work for taking out the cable shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'

Re-laying, jointing and testing of serviceable retrieved LT cable from above respective item Nos (after thorough inspection of cable) XLPE / PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminum conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of any description, laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- Note: Excavation returning refilling will be paid and separately under relevant items.

(a) 16 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm, 4 or 3 ½ core

(b) 50 to 95 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(c) 120 to 240 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation and laying of cable and getting out in any type soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for UG electric cable in two layers (8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying cable) total 23 cm thick including gentle punning the sand upto 18 cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only punned down thickness shall be measured for payment).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil etc complete as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying PCC cable covers for protection of cable cover LV low voltage type -I flat ISI marked of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation of poles struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work for coping of poles all as specified and directed for the following

(a) For coping of new erected poles

(b) For repair of existing coping of poles

M&L Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV cable for straight-through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm complete as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV cable for straight-through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured luminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm complete as specified and directed.

M&L bus bar box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply outdoor cubical type, dist and vermin proof, floor block mounting type suitable for outdoor applications of size 600mm x 600mm x 450mm, using 40mm x 40mm x5mm angle iron frame with shutter and locking arrangement painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer (internally and externally) for box, height above ground 600mm and grouted 300mm below ground, legs of frame shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (size 300 x 300 x 300mm block) and complete including 40mm x 10mm 04 nos 500 mm long aluminium bus bar fixed on insulators with proper colour coding including making connections with cable of size 300 sqmm with necessary lugs and chromium plated glands complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Cutting & removing of grass/ shrubs / plants / bushes /Trimming of tree stems etc around the pole / LT panels / earthing pits/ Sub Stations/ Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair danger notice plate of size 20x 15 cm,1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable / deshaped / worn out LT steel tubular pole of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and Including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC 1:3:6 type 'C-2' (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 600 X 600 X 1650 mm below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type "B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block(coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole/strut, of any description and in any position 9.00/8.50 Mtr height and scrapping of pole with emery paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/security light, anti climbing devices etc and providing three Nos radium band strips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core Aluminium conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings/ OH line to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in the repair of GI Pipe 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Digital type Ammeter/ Volt meter Flush mounted of size 96 mmx96 mm 3 phase 0-200 Amps complete with suitable size CT all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Indicating lamps for three phases R,Y,B for LT panel complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED High bay light luminaries at any height of building/Hangar ranging from 3m to 16 m, 150 watts, with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for breaking the existing damaged coping of existing street lights and M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work including one two coats of weather proof paint of approved color complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair on load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles 315 Amps Capacity, complete including necessary fixing accessories on wall/panel.

Supply and fixing in repair ON/OFF Load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole 400 Amps Capacity, complete including necessary fixing accessories on wall / panel.

S&F in replacement 8 Watt LED bollard light one meter long with Opel acrylic diffuser and IP-65 protection including necessary concrete work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 5 pin and earth plug and socket 200 Amp capacity enclosed in a sheet metal enclosure with MCCB 125 Amp capacity complete as as directed.

M&L for carrying out energy audit which includes detailed audit report as per the format given by the Engineer in charge with qualified technician as described below for complete LT distribution system from Transformer LT panel to Distribution board inside the building complete all as specified and as directed for the following location. The energy audit shall comprise of the following. i) Recording of insulation resistance values and EN voltage values of all the connected cables from the main LT panel at the substation to distribution boards with a calibrated digital or analog insulation resistance meter. ii) Recording of Earthing values in the specified format with a calibrated earth resistance meter digital or analog. iii) Tighten the loose contacts of all ACBs/MCCBs/MCBs inside the panel and Distribution boards and record voltage and current values with calibrated testers. iv) Complete report as per the format provided for each location.

a) 24 End OPR, LT panels inside the sub station, LT Panels outside the Sub Station, Distribution Boards inside one no building.

b) 06 End OPR, LT panels inside the sub station, LT Panels out side the Sub Station, Distribution Boards inside one no building.

c) 24 MMPU, LT panels with ACB inside the substation, LT Panels with ACB outside the substation, flame proof Distribution Boards inside the building.Mica and ESH

d) Bomb dump sub station, LT panels inside the substation, LT Panels outside the substation and building, and flameproof Distribution Boards inside the building.of 25 MMPU.

e) 26 MMPU building LT panels near the building, and flameproof Distribution Boards inside the building.

f) LT panel out side WSA, LT panels near the DB's, and flameproof Distribution Boards inside the 20 Nos buildings.of WSA

g) Tech flight LT panel with ACB and all flame proof distribution boards in 05 Nos storage buildings

Supply and replace steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in given sizes complete for covering cable ducts inside the sub stations or in any other locations complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for checking ,repairing & fixing Street lights/flood lights/tower lights/highmast lights/parts & other connected work as directed in tech area daily and repairing of lights found unserviceable during checking or as per directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge/men on complaint cell including rectification of fault of cable/lights etc by deploying skilled Electrician, helper with all tools & plants, ladder, gaskets safety arrangements and including providing minor materials like insulation tap and connected material by contractor to make light almost 100% serviceable complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (i) Replacement of spares and connected items shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant item of schedule (ii) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories of the light fittings and replacement of brackets required for defective light fittings shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates under relevant items of this schedule. (iii) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts and consumables shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted and no extra payment shall be allowed. (iv) Contractor or his representative will attend unserviceable street light/faulty complaints and ensure completion of fault at the earliest and copy of the report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge (v) All tools and plants, ladder required shall be brought by the contractor to the site and rate quoted shall deem to include for the same also. (iii) Contractor should provide labour/supervisor everyday at site or perimeter of Tech area to check serviceability of all the street lights and maintain a register duly signed by JE/Engr-in-Charge. Fault should be rectified within 24 hrs by the contractor failing which penalty @ 500.00 per complaint will be recovered from work done statement till rectification. .

Supply only high energy efficient constant current electronic driver suitable for 220v,50hz, LED street/flood/Highbay light fitting 75/80/90 Watts LED luminaries, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC Junction boxes of size 300mm X 300mm X 150mm depth, fixed on Lt Pole with 2 Nos MS Clamps of 25 x 5mm FI and nut, bolt, washers including 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars 100 Amps on insulators and 1 No of MCB 10 Amp and locking arrangement with steel sliding bolts including disconnecting and reconnecting cables with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Required cable lugs, terminals MCB of suitable capacity are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labor in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to a depth, not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level (with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mm x 4mm main earthing lead using galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & main switchboard, etc with & including the adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with a funnel and wire mesh, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The cost of earth leading up to and including 7.5 meters only from the top of the earth electrode is deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead if any is required shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item of Sch 2. The cost of the earth pit chamber and the cover is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high-pressure die-cast aluminum housing and heat resistance complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. Note: The cost of fixing will be measured under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high-pressure die-cast aluminum housing and heat resistance complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. Note: The cost of fixing will be measured under respective item of BOQ.
