Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and exceeding 50mm deep & not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of un-surfaced Water Bound Macadam by brushing with wire brush or removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer etc on WBM surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM laid with using stones aggregate (granite, trap or basalt ) of grading -2 (63 mm to 40 mm) size or grading -3 (50 mm to 20 mm) size, spread, watered rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete carpeting 40 mm thick consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of VG -30 grade of minimum 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the concrete and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% given herein above shall be provided. (b) The premix semi - dense asphaltic concrete shall be procured from computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (c) Contractor shall provide bitumen extraction apparatus alongwith benzene and other requisite material at site to determine the bitumen content without any extra cost.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using binder paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4.0% by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant with design mix and laid by using self-propelled mechanical paver, consolidated thickness not more than 75mm, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) In the event of increase in percentage of binder content as per job mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rate are deemed to include for the same. However, in case bitumen requirement is less than 4.0% same shall be regularized as per actual mix design with minus adjustment of less bitumen @ Rs.50.00 per Kg. (ii) Contractor shall provide bitumen extraction apparatus along with benzene and other requisite material at site to determine the bitumen content without any extra cost.

M&L for preparing of existing black top road surface removing dust, dirt, grease and other foreign matters, etc. to receive the marking and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white or yellow shade ) not less than 2.0 mm thick(average) in lines, arrow dashes & letters exceeding 10cm in width applied hot using application unit and retro reflective glass beads, @ 250 to 300 gm/sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, material shall be conforming to BS-3262(Part- I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) specification, Vol-V as laid down in the specification for road and bright work latest revision etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - MoRTH specification shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE before execution of work.

S&F in repairs cat's eye of size 90x110x17mm (Red/Yellow) made of ABS moulded body with polycarbonate/PMMA micro prismatic reflectors ultrasonically welded on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with Epoxy-resin based adhesive at location decided by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Solar road studs of size 125x125x25mm made of heavy duty aluminium alloy and polycarbonate, with 6 LED with stem . The studs shall be fixed by drilling holes for stem and using Epoxy-resin based adhesive at location decided by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs modular speed breaker of size 250x750x75mm made of sturdy plastic (ABS) high resistance to severe impacts, interlocking grip design allows to behave one single Bump with pre-colour material (Black/yellow) and UV stabilisers result in permanent colours with and including acrylic reflectors fixed on front and back. Bottom hollow portion of speed breakers shall be filled with premix bituminous macadam and fixed on existing road surface by using Epoxy-Resin based adhesive and MS spikes for anchoring at the location decided by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500M and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work under this item shall be executed in selected stretches as per requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm graded Stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 500m but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC of grade (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb/coping with necessary formwork including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 500m but not exceeding 1.5km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of M-35 Grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any thickness, any shape and size as obtained from item No.15 above complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors to receive interlocking paver blocks including consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing old decorated brick tile/concrete tiles/ concrete floor surfaces (Chequered/interlocking tiles) cleaning by any means and applying one coat of floor tile paint of any colour with spray gun/compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –charge.
