M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior/exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/ new decorated surface treatment on wall/ ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper coverage 8-10 sqm /ltr of approved tint on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on verticle walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm/ ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for applying two coat of Dr Fixit Rain coat Neo (Primeless high build water based elastomeric exterior wall waterproof acrylic coating for exterior surfaces) designed with weather resistant acrylate polymers, UV resistant and good hiding and spreading, developing a strong inter coat adhesion with the substrate therefore no separate primer is required, features such as waterproofing, UV protection, anti algae resistance, crack bridging of elastic films covering hair line cracks, long term protection, colour variants, preparation of surfaces by cleaning the surfaces till it is free from dust, grease and flaking paint, any unstable paint to be removed, using high pressure wash or scraper, whichever is appropriate complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Application for verticle surface fresh plaster or repainting. 2. Use Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo directly from the container. Stir contents well before use. 3. Brush/ roller apply a self priming coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo on the vertical wall surface in SSD condition, diluting 1 litre with 100 ml clean potable water. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours. 4. Apply a coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo without dilution as waterproof top coat, either by roller or brush with force coverage at the rate of 3.7- 4.1 Sqm / litre to achieve DFT of 100- 110 microns. Allow it to dry for 4- 6 hours. Lighter shades of white base on the top of dark colours need additional coat for finishing. 5. An additional coat should be applied in case of horizontal surfaces like the top of windows, ledges, parapet wall etc. Allow the coating to full air cure for 7 days.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthectic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster CM (1:4) on brick/concrete/stone surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacture direction complete all as specified and directed. Make- ultratech Readiplast, Jsw Enduroplast.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in ready mix plaster (1:3) in ceiling including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty where required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in ready mix plaster (1:4) in roof including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty where required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings, including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel work non structural work as in rafter, purlins and like (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections ISI mark including 2 coat steel paint with primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20 mm uPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 laid in trench fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Removing loose concrete from chajjas, perapets, fascias, pillars, columns etc not exc 2 sqm on plane and repairing the same with cement mortar 1:3/ cement concrete type B-0 ,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate including white washing/ distempering/ weather proof paint / cement base paint as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for clearing away roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth on buildings at any height including all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in yhe case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees complete all as specified and directed.
