Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS: 8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50-6.00 meter of classification K-9 including rubber tyton jointing material suitable for push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS: 12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Joints CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid separately. M&L for construction of new valve pit chamber of size 600mm X 600mm X 600mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil , PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base econcrete , brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick platser internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 upto 15 mm below NGL , 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangements fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40X40X6 mm MS angles, D type handle complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coat of white wash on all plastetred surfaces of valve chambers complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply, design, install and commissioning pumping sets, 5 HP Monoblock, 3 phase, 400V, electric driven 300 LPM at 36 mtr head, 2900RPM/415V/50Hz inclusive of PCC foundation etc with all conneted accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Cast iron Air release valve with single air outlets, confirming to IS 14845 of size 25 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains.

M&L for cutting of existing bituminous road/path/hard standing suitable for laying cable protection pipe 50 mm dia under the road/path/hard satnding at a depth not less than 60 CM below the normal ground level, Returning filling soil and making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hardstanding by using cement concrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 0.45 mtr wide and 0.30 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of Silent diesel engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure, antivibration pads with 75db noise level at 1 mtr distance from DG set and control system for 50 KVA output at NTP, AC 415 volts, 50 C/S, 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories equipment control panel etc as detailed below:- (a) Alternator:- Alternator 50 KVA output at 0.80 PF lag 50 Hz, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts.The alternator shall be self excited ,self regulated,screen procted ,mountain on rigid frame MS sheet channel base frame of IS B364:IS 4722,BS5000,IEC:34 and brush-less type shall be suitable for tropical climate and IP23 protection with Class 'H' insulation and temperature rise limited to class 'H' insulation limit and permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation all as specified and directed. (b) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine of Adequate BHP , water cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder , 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of cap as per manufactrer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe extended upto and outside building duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer muffles etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump, pre heaters, Fuel tank of capacity for 12 hours running of DG set with stop cock, drain plug and necessary fuel pipe, manufactured out of 2mm thick MS sheet, etc all as specified and directed. (c) Control panel :- The AMF control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for mounting accessories, static energy meter with LED display, digital power factor meter, Digital frequency meter & Digital RPM meter, digital voltmeter 0-500 volts with inbuilt selector switch digital ammeter, CT's operated of suitable rating with inbuilt selector switch, indicator lamps LED type, hours meter, low oil pressure indication, over speed indication and high water temperature indicator.

(d) Electric starter equipment :- The equipment witll comprise the following:- (i) Maint free Battery duly initial charged as recommended by manufacture & Battery lead of adequate capacity. (ii) Starter motor (iii) Starter gearing (iv) Start/stop push button (v) Alternator/Dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut all as per manufacturer's recommendations. (vi) PCC foundation for DG set all as per manufacturer's recommendation or required at site or directed by Engineer-in-Charge. DG Set acoustic canopy shall be from OEM. (e) Auto mains failure panel 415 volts 50 HZ suitable for 50 KVA Gen set, made out of 16 gauge MS sheet cubical type floor mounted front and rear door open able with locking arrangment duly powder coated suitable for and including the following :- (i) Microprocessor based electronic control box for automatic switching ON & OFF of DG set and transfer of load equipped with microprocessor based controller 100% auto, 50% auto manual and 100% by pass arrangment adjustable time delay to engine start, standard setting 3 second adjustable 0-10 seconds, adjustable time delay on tansfer to normal 0-30 minutes time delay (adjustable) to engine cool down 0-5 minutes, adjustable time delay on transfer to emergency 0 -15 sec As Per Manufacturer Recomendatation (ii) Heavy duty air break contractor 4 pole 415 volts, 86 A, 50 Hz, AC supply system with dust over and operating coil voltage 230V with 2 NO 2 NC aux contracts all as required for safe operation under over voltage.

(iii) Voltmeter 0-500 volts, digital type with selector switch suitable for 50 KVA DG Set (iv) Ammeter 0-400 amps CT's operated digital type with selector switch and CT's of appropriate ratio suitable for 50 KVA DG Set. (v) Digital frenquency meter for frequency range 30 to 55 Hz with built in transducer suitable for 50 KVA DG Set (vi) Digital power factor meter built in transducersuitable for 50 KVA DG Set (vii) Indicator lamp LED type 230 volts for Gen/mains supply ON/OFF indication and different relay position etc all as required and recommended by manufacturer. (viii) Bakelite fuse base carrier with HRC fuses suitable for 50 KVA DG Set, 415 volts suitable for and including knife type HBC fuse link-06 Nos. (ix) DC operated relays as required for remote operation, fault indication and out switching OFF in case of fault in DG set. Note :- (a) The AMF panel shall be integrated with respective LT distribution panel and all electrical connections shall be carried out as per site requirement.. (b) The testing of DG set for continuous 12 Hrs running shall be carried by officer detailed by accepting officer before issuing completion certificate to contractor. On load testing equipment including diesel for continuous testing for 12 hours or above till full testing (satisfaction or directed by Engr-in-Charge) will be arranged by the contractor. (c) The rate for DG Set foundation as per manufacturer recommondation should deemed to be included in quoted rates. (d) DG Set should comprising Latest CPCB -IV Norms issued by Govt of india.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground lev el with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm kdia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
