Supply, install , testing and commissioning of vacuum pump capacity of 5 HP with tank capacity of 500 Kg for medical vacuum pipeline system should be design to maintain a vacuum of at least 300mm Hg (40 kPa) at each terminal unit complete all as specified and directed with following :- (a) Pump installation should be consisting of 5 HP dry type vacuum pump which shall be capable of independently producing disigned systems flow rate. (b) Pump should have capacity of minimum 130 cfm and capable of providing a vacuum of not less than 650mm Hg (87 kPa). (c) Vacuum pump shall have own its exhaust line and each shall be fitted with suitable drain valves and transparent jars at the lowest points. (d) The outlets shall be suitable protected to prevent the ingress or rain and wind pressure. (e) The exhaust system shall be designed so that the bach pressure does not exceed 80mm Hg (1.0 psi) at the design flow rate. (f) A length of flexible pipe work shall be included before the exhaust passes through a wall in order to isolate the building structure from pump vibration. S&F MCB distribution board powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 54 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with following ratings & ways:- (a) SPN DB (Double Door), 240 volts, 4 ways.
