The ceiling board fissured visual with acoustical punctures, Humidity Resistance NRC 0.5 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C-423 standard, CAC of 30db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with 15mm Tegular 15 BE edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of up to 30%. The tile/boards should be certifications from GRIHA and GreenPro thereby confirming that it is an environment friendly product. The deflection loading of the system shall be 12.5 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 15kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel and fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between “cross tee to cross tee” and “cross tee to main beam”. All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint with 0T bending capability. Note : (iii) INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using KCS suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. The First/Last KCS suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be KCS wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum. Installation shall be carried out as per KCS recommended procedure. KCS SUSPENSION SYSTEM accessories supplied by KCS consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with hanger hole, pre-straightened hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.80 m length having a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa and a minimum loading strength of 110 kgs. (Optionally, adjustable hook clips made of 0.7mm thick Grade 1 C55 galvanized spring steel of dimension 100 x 20mm and 4 mm aquiline wire to be used for level adjustment during installation purpose in main runners).

Dismantling of Chair care fully and same to be refixing in same position after completion of requisite work and incl cost of any small fitting if required to install the chair Note :- If chair damaged or broke down while taking it out, the contractor will get it make good or replace with new chair at his own cost.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufracturer instruction, surface finished even and smooth, including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water at any height etc and incl cost of liquid water proofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 15mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4, including rounding of edges wherever required, including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L vitrified ceramic tiles 09 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item No 8.00 above but in vertical surface including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on old painted surfaces of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections rubbing and scrapping with sand paper/ grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm to 2mm thick wall care INTERIOR/ PUTTY over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 12mm thick Plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L second class hard-wood (wrought) in framed work. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated Wooden or Wood based surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of New wooden or previously untreated surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down copper /aluminum point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at same site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully recessed light fitting 225mm/175mm from POP ceiling without disturbing the ceiling and keeping in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed. Note:- any damage during taking down wl be rectified by the contractor at his own arrangement . The item shall be stored in neat and tidy place. A penalty of Rs 500/- per fitting shall be deducted for any minor damages if any . Major damage is caused would be replaced by the contractor at his own cost .

Taking down care fully recessed light fiiting 2 feet x 2 feet from sand model rooms ( min height 11 mtr) from aluminium grid ceiling without disturbing the ceiling and keeping in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed. Note:- any damage during taking down wl be rectified by the contractor at his own arrangement . The item shall be stored in neat and tidy place . A penalty of Rs 1500/- per fitting shall be deducted for any minor damages if any . Major damage is caused wl be replaced by the contractor at his own cost.

Labour only for for point wiring point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in existing non-metallic, rigid non mettalic PVC conduit (medium grade) concealed in wall / ceiling with and including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable as continuous earth continuity conductor (green in colour) all as specified and directed for the following ; Note: - All items to be incorporated will be as obtained from taking down items as mentioned in item no 17.00 here in above .

Labour only for for power point wiring point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in existing non-metallic, rigid non mettalic PVC conduit (medium grade) concealed in wall / ceiling with and including 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable as continuous earth continuity conductor (green in colour) all as specified and directed for the following ; Note: - All items incorporated will be from taking down items as mentioned in item no 1 here in above .

M&L for removing carefully modular metal flush box of any module incl cover plate and cover frames from existing wall by cutting and refixing the same in a level as per the placement of aquostic wall panelling , refixing all items obtained from taking down ( item no 17 ) such as switches , sockets, fan regulator , ceiling rose complete incl refixing cover plate and frame incl making good disturbed surface of wall by cement plastering , putty finishing to match with the existing surfaces all as spopecified and directed. Note :A penalty of Rs 90/- per iem shall be deducted for any minor damages if any . Major damage is caused would be replaced by the contractor at his own cost .

Labour only for refixing recessed light fitting round type 225/175 mm size obtained from taking down ( item no 21.00) incl connecting up with new PVC wire 2 core flexible from ceiling rose to connector of light complette all as specified and directed. Note: the height of ceiling is minimum 11 mtr . Any damage caused during refixing shall be rectified by the contractor also deemed to be included in the quoted rate .

Labour only for refixing recessed light fitting 2 feet x 2feet bobtained from taking down ( item no 22.00) incl connecting up with new PVC wire 2 core flexible from ceiling rose to connector of light complette all as specified and directed. Note: the height of ceiling is minimum 11 mtr . Any damage caused during refixing shall be rectified by the contractor also deemed to be included in the quoted rate .

Labour only for submain wiring single phase or three phase with 2/4 run 10 sqmm OR 6 sqmm wire along with 01 run of earth wire obtained from taking down ( item no 20) incl connecting up in existing DBs /LT panel , refixing in cable tray all as specified and directed . Note: The rate of removing and refixing of GI cable tray shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of contractor .

M&L for refixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep obtained from taking down( Item no 02) incl connecting up with ceiling rose and connector of fan with new twin core 1.5 sqmm wire complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for refixing exhust fan 450mm/300 mm sweep obtained from taking down( Item no 18.00) incl connecting up with ceiling rose and connector of fan with new twin core 1.5 sqmm wire complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for refixing wall fan 400 mm sweep obtained from taking down( Item no18.00) incl connecting up complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for refixing DBs three phase/single phase DBs obtained from taking down items ( item no 19.00) any model/bay complete incl refixing of MCCBs/MCBs connecting up all wiring circuit incl making good of disturbed surface of wall by cementing , plastering , putty finish all as specified and directed.
