Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC, RCC or PVC) of 200 mm dia, set in cement mortar and disposal of unservicable materials and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.3.00 here-in-before but for 300 mm dia.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of class SN-8 structural wall polyethylene ( pipe with online coupler and elastomeric rubber ring) with hollow annular smooth outer surface and a smooth inner surface (double wall plain) for non pressure unerground drainage and sewage application type B, nomial size 200 mm dia, made of polyethylene ( PE ) material confirming to ISI 6098 ( Part II 2013) and to be transported handled installed and joied asper Annex A Of ISI 6098 ( part II :2013) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 7.00 here-in-before but for 300 mm dia.

Removal of surplus spoil/excavated material to a distance upto 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as sspecified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes of 75mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or fixed to walls including clamps all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.11.00 here-in-before but for 110 mm bore.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend of 75mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified & directed

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm X 300mm X 7mm thick in vertical surface, set and jointed over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding in CM1:4 for backing of tiles, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa Pattern" size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rest, including provided of cement concrete for bedding and 'P' or 'S' trap as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with all internal fittings including flush pipe and including PVC connection 600 mm long 15 mm bore with brass heads & washers with connections fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 32mm PVC Urinal waste pipe 80cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, channel, benching of manhole laid to shape and slope and finished even and smooth using extra cement including weathering, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surfaces and in any position including finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F precast of 500mm x 600mm x 60 mm, cement concrete manhole cover grade M-20 with 8 mm dia, mild steel bar @ 100 mm c/c both way and MS hook both side complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement and Hook shall be included in quated rate

All as per Item No.32.00 here-in-before but for 450mmx600 mm x 60 mm.

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal/Sloping) receive for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate type B1, 1:2:4 on as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tanks/deep manholes any depth including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other forign materials by pumping equipment with taking all precautionary measures including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side Defence land by any means complete (working in foul condition) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line ie branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/de-sludging by manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding (full through) of sewer lines and between the blocked manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line all time functional, cleaning traps, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully traps etc complete upto final drop out let into septic tanks or central sewage treatment plant or soakage well (working in foul condition) with taking precautionary measures with necessary equipment as required and applicable all as specified and directed. The sludge removed from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed to out side Defence land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge in eitire Bairagarh Military Station i.e., various units area and single living Accn of 3 EME Centre(all Bns & Coys), 5221 ASC Bn, 1010 Tpt Coy, Military Dental Centre Bhopal, 194 FWC, 4021 Fd Hosp, 21 Corps HRDC, 68 Engr Regt, 755(I) Tpt Coy, GE Bhopal, AGE E/M, Sup Depot, ECHS, MH Bhopal, 21 CGSR, JCOs/OR Md Accn at Panama and CTO colony, Offrs Md Accn at Vijay Enclave, Old Sanchi, Sanchi Enclaves & CTO, Civ Md Accn at CTO

Note for Item No 38.00 Note 1 : Contractor will deploy 06 (Six ) Nos safaiwala and 01 (one) supervisor per working day in the MES office/complaint cell ( 02 x person for offr Md Accn ,02 x OTM , 02 x JCOs and ORs md accn and will report to the concerned JE/Engineer-in-Charge daily at 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Note 2 : If any of the Safaiwala/Supervisor fails to report daily to the concerned authority, a sum of Rs. 700/- will be deducted per person/day from the payment of the contractor. Note 3 : The Safaiwala will always be in posession of the cleaning tools like 6mm MS round bar/rod, plain flexible bamboo pieces and cleaning pump with wooden/PVC handle. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of T&P for maintenance/cleaning work.
